What could have been a great company if it cared about its customers
I've been dying to try this subscription service for the longest time and the Disney Box absolutely sold me on trying them out. I mean if Disney partnered with them they have to be a professional company and have guaranteed quality, right? I ordered my first box in March (I understood they were having problems in regards to the pandemic and was willing to wait awhile longer) but 3 MONTHS AND OVER $100 LATER I have yet to receive anything. My package from March was marked as shipped so it should not take 3 months to arrive even during this time of crisis. I have ordered things from Japan and China and they all arrived in the usual time.
So at that point I cancelled my regular subscription (monthly) and decided to stick to the Disney box (quarterly box) until something changed. HOWEVER!! After cancelling the monthly box a few days later I went back on the site and found that the Disney Box was replaced with the monthly box. I had made sure to cancel the monthly one and had triple checked before cancelling. I never received a notification to the change but I saw that it was gone from my invoices and that the Disney Box was still there before it changed a few days later.
This is a sketchy company and if you take a chance doing business with them you should screenshot and document everything you change because I doubt I'll be seeing a dime of my money back.
And shame on the YouTubers that promote this business.

I purchased single items from them back in Jan and shortly after subscribed to the monthly elves box. A discount coupon was given to me from which I couldn't use on the subscriptions boxes and it took them forever to get back to me. I received my single items quite quickly, but it's late May now and I have yet to receive a box (4 boxes) and they had promised me a Feb box. They had put in the order and then cancelled it without letting me know. Its been a back and forth for a couple of weeks now and they still won't acknowledge their Feb box offer and can't tell me when my packages will arrive. Customer service is abhorrent and rude.

I wanted to try sophie and toffee for the first time. I was really excited and i really wanted to like them. I have never seen a bad unboxing video or a bad review so i had high hopes. Well the elves box had a waiting list and i didn't want to wait so i bought a build your box subscription. Not really a problem because i just wanted to try the company out. Well their website said i would get a code in my email immediately. When i hadn't gotten it within an hour i emailed them. When something says immediately i expect it within minutes. I feel an hour was a reasonable amount of time to wait. It took them 2 days to email back and when they did they said it could take 24 hours to get a code but that they were experiencing a glitch that someone was working to fix. Well after another 3 or 4 days i finally get my code and i go to check out the stuff i want but i realize that I'm not getting the 20% off that their website claims so i email again. Even though they list getting a $38 coupon for $30 and list 20% off under the build your box subscription this is not the case. The $8 is the 20% off and I'm left feeling lied to and extremely disappointed in a company that i could have been a great customer to. I will never buy anything from them again

I got a subscription on the premium box and i orderd the dragon egg and scales separately. I got the egg and scales within a week.
the quality is top notch. Just love it.

The first order I never received. It seems the carrier in my country had it but never noticed me and sent it back to the shop. I received store credit so I can place my order again. So good service after all.

Bad customer service. I purchased 200 grams of their clear silicone mold maker and it was short 35 grams. I took picture and the bottles are not opened. It is still sitting in its shipping box. They have a policy where issues like this gets addressed with in 5 days. I contacted them by email on the day I got it. It has been 4 days and still no response. I have sent them 2 more emails regarding this. I am not even sure I will get a response at this point and when the 5th day arrives which will be tomorrow. I don't think this will be resolved. So buyers beware. I do not plan to buy from them again.

Love this store so much signed up to the ELVES BOX which was fantastic defiantly get more than you pay for, which saw me adding the quarterly box too, if you love your resin makes and what to keep up with the trends this is the place to shop.
