I have been a customer of Sophie & Toffee for about 5 years now. They are an amazing company! Their products are high quality and reasonably priced, with many low budget options. They make some of the most fantastic resin molds I have EVER used. Their customer service is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! They always make sure to get back to their customers and are always so kind and willing to help. They also have consistent shipping and if there are delays they let you know as soon as possible (thanks, Covid!) (Also, please note they usually send the month that you're paying for towards the end of the month. So I pay on the 22nd of the month and this month (June) will be for July, which I can expect the last week of July or the first week of August.) I highly recommend them. I have seen customer feedback be implemented and this is a company that truly cares.

I’m absolutely just so so so obsessed with Sophie and Toffee, I’ve just been absolutely blown away with each and every box. The latest one was so ram packed with stuff and I can’t even get over the quality of the stuff. Just absolutely bang on every single time and I am so glad I took the plunge cause boy oh boy is it worth it!

First of all , the customer service is BOMB. You always get fast answers , they try to help as good as they can. Every time they are so patient, my first language is not english and sometimes i have problems with translating everything in their subscription portal , but i always get the help i need if i have to switch something around /cancel something/ skip something.
If you have a valid problem with the items you recieved, mail them pictures and your problem. you will get a substitut product ( not sure if they refund money because thats never an option i would chose).
no problems there at all. you can argue that there shouldnt be problems at all , yeah i get that , but they are a small team and they do what they can.
As for the shop itself.
wonderful selection, the subscription boxes are always worth their money.
i love the 50% off section, the molds are one of the best molds i bought till now.
the glitter section lacks a bit in my opinion, but thats personal preference , i dont like small pots of glitter. if i buy glitter i want a substantial amount of it. they sell for small crafts.
also can totally recommend the UV resin and the silicone to make molds. tested both and was more than satisfied.

Superb customer service and a company who cares for their customers
I have been buying products from Sophie & Toffee for the past three years and have always been happily receiving them. Their customer service has been wonderfully taking care of every issue which I had. Be it, items which had been damaged from transit or even helping me to move a box to the next month's theme because I have forgotten to skip my subscription! When Covid strikes and the postal service encountered delays due to limited flights, the customer service was kind and patient to reassure me that my package will arrive and if the post lost my package, they would resend my package or refund me immediately. On top of this, they have recently upgraded all shipping to express shipping! I can now look forward to receiving my packages within 3 business days! What more can a customer ask for?
Superb customer service and a company who cares for their customers and is willing to help as much as it is reasonably able to do so! Definitely one of the best resin crafting company out there! Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Sophie and Toffee, great customer service! I just received my second subscription box (Premium Elves Box) and wanted to say that they really go out of the way to get you extra value for your money, everything was packaged beautifully, and I'm SO excited to make some lovely photo keychains! The Elves boxes have really been helping with my artistic burnout!
I've also placed mutiple $100+ orders and have had them arrive safely in beautiful condition. Any issues I've ever had are with shipping, and even then Singapore to USA has had very minimal issues that were basically immediately resolved by Sophie and Toffee's wonderful customer service team.
I have to say also, their resin is the best quality I've ever used. I notice a huge difference trying to use craft store brands. Their mold quality is also unparalleled as far as I'm concerned, and they even have some that are handmade! Just a wonderful company.

Save your money and order from any other site for molds. I've received literal garbage ( empty wrapper and used tool)on top of having to wait over 2 months for an order only to be told keep waiting. I was a subscriber of ALL of their subscription boxes and spend hundreds of dollars in few months, and that's how much they cared. Needless to say I cancelled everything and will be taking my business elsewhere on top of making sure nobody I know goes to them for the same experience.

If you have a lost package that is genuinely lost or has items missing during transit, the insurance company will be able to cover your lost, however it is the insurance company's decision to deny any claims if it does not meet their policy requirements, usually Sophie and Toffee will care enough to cover such claims on goodwill with store credit for their customers.

I received my starter box this morning. I'm really happy with it. it took a over a month to come but they kept me informed that it would be late due to restock and then I had an email when it was dispatched. It was due by the 22 Feb but its very early I'm so happy with the contents and will buy from them again.

I have been subscribed to Sophie & Toffee for well over a year and have been so very impressed by their customer service. They have been very transparent when shipping issues arrived due to covid restrictions. And the one and only time I had an issue with one of my monthly subscription boxes they were fantastic about replacing the damaged items and included a few small freebies with the replacement. Highly recommend their company if you want to test out different types of resin items.

Best 5 Star Craft Subscription
I've been on my subscription box with Sophie and Toffee for seven months and have nothing to complain about. They solve any problems quickly and are always ready to help. Very patient, they answer literally every question! I have not dealt with such a friendly and patient customer service yet.

Sophie and toffee are a great shop for all resin fun. Plus they really help and are understanding. I messed up big time and changed my shipping address but because I wasn't paying attention I had 1 of the boxes shipped to the old address and it ended up being stolen, my bad cause I didn't pay attention to the note saying all previously payed for boxes contact them, but yeah dispite this happening they helped me. While I'll never get the pretty blowout box they comped me my next one which honestly I had given up but they went above and beyond. They only bad thing that happens is sometimes items burst but I mean when things are shipped across the world stuff like that will happen my only advise baggie the liquids. Always love my S&T

I have been on and off with Sophie & Toffee. Of course most of that is due to life issues. You can easily get a hold of support via the website or social media platforms. (Delay due to covid on response time) While Covid has caused a massive delay in mail (IN was back logged at the Hub for almost a month behind on mail, others where behind 3 months) this isn't something to give S&T bad review on. Updates are always done via Facebook and other social media platforms. The times that I had to contact them, their support was always friendly and informative on what the solution would be. Most of the time I would get store credit to use on my next purchase or subscription box. Note that I only had to contact them 2-3 times in the span of 3 years. They listen to feedback and if you are a subscriber you get to see/help decide on the next subscription box project.
I do highly recommend them, while things are a bit rough right now for them due to Covid (like most business) they are still doing their best to answer and ship out orders as fast as they are able.

I've used S&T for subscription boxes and ordinary purchases since 2017. I've always found customer service to be helpful and friendly, and I realize that because they are located nearly 10,000 miles from my home, there are sometimes difficulties in communication and shipping. When there has been a problem, I've always received a courteous and timely (within 3 days, outside of holidays and weekends) response. Their products are adorable, and I'm so pleased to find official Disney-related items here. If I wanted cheap products based on stolen copyrighted material, there are other places to shop on the internet. This isn't it.
Blaming the company for things beyond their control, such as shipping difficulties, holiday closures, country taxes and duties, pandemic disruptions, and user error is absurd. For problems such as an item missing from a box or a material that spilled during shipping, I've found that S&T make every effort to remedy the situation, which is reasonable.
I intend to remain a Sophie & Toffee customer for as long as they produce the items I enjoy using so very much.

I just started using Resin in December of 2020 as a birthday gift to myself. Since then I have signed up for every box that Sophie & Toffee have. Not only is their customer service great (they have helped me both on Instagram & through email), but they have superior quality materials.
I work with logistics for my job daily & I know how much shipping can be a nightmare. When my shipment had not moved for a week I contacted them and they reshipped the missing materials within a few days. I cannot say how much that was appreciated. 10 stars!

Customer service is really bad. When I write to them and tell them I want my starter box and also continue my subscription remove the money like you said on December 3rd. So go ahead and take out money right now for my beginners box which is not a subscription. They write back okay thanks for being a customer. That's not helping me be a customer or wanting to stay a customer. So now I have to wait another day to get a reply you know nevermind this isn't worth the stress I'm a senior citizen trying to have a happy life making resin and they're not adding to my joy in life so I just buy bits and pieces from other companies like miniature sweet they were fast great customer service right away I got understood and they shipped my package I got it in 7 days.
Nowhere on the website that I have found so far even says they don't ship your subscription box out on whatever date. So the first five emails going back and forth we're just trying to figure out why I paid an extra $8 to get something in 5 days and I didn't get it in 5 days. So 5th email finally tells me that person tells me that my December box won't even be shipped out until December 3rd. I don't understand why somebody can't just put that on the website if you live in United States we're shipping your boxes out you know between the 3rd and the 4th or whatever. High prices for the resin the box is the only thing really worth buying and I'm having trouble getting my starter box and getting put back on a regular schedule with my monthly box customer service you need improving.

The craft supplies are always my absolute favorite. Everything is extremely useful and super cute, and whenever I order just lose items they arrive within the month.
But whenever I order a box, it takes between 3 months to half a year to eventually arrive.
I ordered a box in September, knowing there would be delays, and it eventually did ship, saying it should arrive early November.
But now it’s almost December and I can’t get a response from the shipping company on what’s going on.
So,
The craft supplies and the company itself isn’t the problem, I love Sophie and toffee. But whoever is in charge of shipping is not reliable, and over the past 3 years has never been reliable.

So I ordered the Disney box in September... Ok yes I understand covid has things slow but not this slow. The stupid thing still only says order processed. It's been saying that for almost a month. I have no clue how to contact customer service because there is nothing on the website. Ok company you're quick to take my money but not quick to get my order shipped and shame on you for not plainly listing a way for your customers to contact you. Not to mention when I ordered the box it said like 8 bucks shipping then at check out they tacked on 20 bucks shipping not 8. Once the box comes( if it ever does) I may rewrite my review but these products better be 150% legit for this crap to be taking so long to even ship. Moral to this story don't believe all the YouTubers that you see promoting this subscription box.

Poor customer service. Some of the products are poorly made or defective. I have never received air dry clay in workable/usable condition and when I asked for a replacement or a refund I was told 'prove it'.
How on earth do you 'prove' air dry clay has dried out when it looks exactly the same 'wet' as it does dry???
Boxes usually take a month or more to arrive as well. Save your money and shop somewhere else.
