Really angry with how they are responding to my son regarding his package. My son ordered a sweat suit, two shirts and a hoodie. One package that was coming was the sweat suit, we got that. The other package coming was supposed to be two shirts and a hoodie, mind you he ordered months ago and after waiting for his package he got one shirt, no hoodie and no second shirt. We told them and they asked to send a photo of the cover of the package or contact the post office, the package was sealed completely so it’s not the posts office fault. We did not keep the package cover because we thought the rest of the order was coming, they have the tracking number and weight of the package so they can see that clearly it wasn’t the full order. I really hope they make this right. They messed up and he spent good money to get these clothes. This is not ok and you are not a reputable business if you do not make your orders right. I really hope we actually hear back and my son gets the rest of his order. I will update my review when you make right with my sons order!! UPDATE: They have fixed the order and my son was able to get his shirt and sweater that was missing from before. I have been waiting for my confirmation of shipment and or any news on my order and I have emailed them and so far I have not heard anything ? I placed my order on sep 10, it has been 7 days so far and nothing. On their website they say processing takes 1 to 3 days and additional 7 to 14 days to receive them. I am a bit disappointed

im a bit worried on the quality of my clothes and how long it will take for my order to arrive based on the reviews because i paid 115$ for these cloth hoping they would be in good quality and not polyester because i have alot of dogs and hair is a big issue and overall i really hope they bettered there company and my clothes are as good as i paid for.
