Excellent customer service. I started a return for financial reasons. A rep reached out and offered me an option that allowed me to keep the IEMs. That’s the first thing. The second is the sound quality and comfort of the Wave Pros is amazing. Excellent product, great packaging, and backed by amazing customer service. I requested a link to leave this review.

I was very pleased with the swiftness of the reply and the assistance. One thing, however, I was directed that the device needed a USB-A plug, but after visiting the website I saw that I needed to have a USB-C plug instead. Other than that I was pleased.

I really appreciate Soundbrenner for focusing on making a quality product. The Wave Pro monitors are incredibly good sound quality, comfortable fit, and the cable and microphone attachment means I can dictate while at my desk, something I can't do with Bluetooth. I love them.

While I may not be musically inclined, I do appreciate quality sound. I own several different types and brands of headphones: Over Ear, On Ear, In Ear, Wireless and Wired. Without a doubt the Wave Pro in - ear monitors are top notch. Crisp highs, Solid bass, and clear silences. I would rate them as comparable to my Grada headphones as far as quality of construction and quality of sound reproduction go. The transaction with the company was quick and it was well packaged. I look forward to many hours enjoying these quality monitors!

Difficult with my ears was able to speak with some in a timely fashion. What could’ve ended badly turned to a great customer service experience. It was resolved quickly and efficiently! Just based off of their customer support, I would suggest sound burner to my friends and family.

After doing some research I decided to try Soundbrenner Wave IEMs. I was very satisfied and using them daily for practicing and live performance. After about two months there was a failure. I reached out to customer support. Within three minutes I got a response. Within hours the problem was resolved. I am completely satisfied with Soundbrenner products and customer service.
