Highest quality In Ear Monitors I've ever used. Super comfortable. I've been the Worship Leader at my church for the last 8 years, and I wear IEM's for 3 services each Sunday. Last week was the first time using these, and I was so impressed. I initially purchased one for me and one for my son, and now we're getting the rest of the team onboard. Great product made by musicians FOR musicians.

I never thought earbuds could be this good. I've had several hundred dollar headphones that don't match Soundbrenners earbuds. They got them to me quick, with free shipping, and they were on sale. I am challenged and I purchased the wrong connector. I was frustrated and I thought I knew what I was doing. Several people from the company came to my rescue and gave me excellent support. I’ve been really loving my Soundbrenner in-ear monitors. The sound is honestly fantastic — clear, detailed, and powerful. They’ve quickly become one of my favourite pieces of gear. I wasn’t completely happy with the fit at first, so I reached out to Soundbrenner just to see what my options were. They couldn’t have been more helpful. They told me all about their Pro version (which I didn’t even know existed), gave me a lovely discount, and even offered to swap them if I wanted. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting me sorted, not just making a sale. I went for the Pro model and I’m so glad I did. The comfort is spot on now and the sound is even better than before. Can’t recommend Soundbrenner enough — brilliant monitors and a really excellent team behind them.

The Wave IEM sound is fantastic, they feel comfortable on the ears, they have many tip fitting options to create the perfect seal in your ears. I had an issue with my waves upon arrival and we quickly determined it was a possible loose wire and customer service jumped right on it. They got me a new cable, (which is nice to be able to replace parts if needed, not the whole unit) and that fixed it up. I recommend the waves and Soundbrenner, they clearly stand behind their products and were a pleasure to deal with. Thanks guys
