Ordered an 11 function facial machine. Confirmed order on a Saturday and received the machine on following Tuesday. I am located in Missouri and, best that I can tell, shipment originated in Southern Calif. Super surprised. Machine seems to be exactly what we expected. Very pleased! Will purchase from this company again.
The company did an outstanding job to meet and exceed my expectations. They first started out by calling me and confirming that I made this order and that it was not some type of fraud. Then they followed up with great communication throughout the entire cycled through delivery. Upon receipt the product was packaged with great care and we received it without any damage.
