When I tried to buy a domain using one of their coupon codes, saying vpn or proxy was detected. This way, I tried with several devices and networks, but failed, though regular checkout is happening. This way, they wasted my hours. The support team also did not help me.

Good Hosting but need to work on resoution timeline
I have been using the Spaceship for the last 1 year, 6 days ago, I renewed my hosting along with SSL but suddenly SSL stopped working and website is showing unsecured i contacted via live chat them 4 times issue not solved then they given me ticket number SPS-MLE-0128 and since last 5 days no progess when today i contacted support they simply say we do not have timeline for that, its strange right?, my website was working fine its their product issue and am in trouble now, from last 5 days they down my website for simple SSL issue and still working as a company without timeline, its strange
UPD: The Issue was resolved now, and it's working perfectly like previously. In my opinion, please do include a timeline for resolution, don't hangout.

I like buying domains from them, it's easy. However, DO NOT BUY MAILBOXES FROM THEM. If you try to use warmup tools like Instantly, Spaceship/Namecheap will block every single email. Not recommended for mailboxes.

Was very satisfied with Spaceship until I just received an email that my account has been restricted for using multiple promotional codes. The problem is I have not used any codes for any registrations and have not transferred any domains to spaceship. Since they do not have a customer service phone number, I chatted with rep from their company. They looked it up and said that they couldn't help me and wouldn't even tell me what happened but said that I would have to contact the security dept. I emailed them and now I wait to find out what this is about.
Short summary is they are great till there is a problem, but addressing your issue might take some time.
UPDATE 05-06-2025: Spaceship has lifted the restriction, but still has not explained why the restriction was initiated.
Users need to understand why an account might be restricted.

The user interface design is completely different from others, the branding is great! Although the panel can be confusing to use at times. However, there are quite good offers available. Which overall makes it stand out from the others.

Scam and fraud company. bought a domain on their marketplace and they delivered nothing. sent a vague e-mail saying I might be able to get the domain on another site, and asking me to make an account there. when I asked customer support for help they refused. AVOID. SCAM COMPANY.
