Wasted so much of my time trying to log in. And then could not add code, kept giving me VPN detected. Didn't have it. Tried to buy 4 domain names. Meh, I would not recommend.

Get yourselves together!
We are all very busy. We tried to log in, but could not (new laptop) so we tried - for such a long time - to request for password. Resent many times too. Nothing. Had to send support a message. Now we wait SOME MORE! This is 2026, we don't deserve these sort of things. Get yourselves together!
If I were you, skip.
If I were you, I would skip Tunecore and use Distrokid instead. I've had Tunecore for a year, and regretfully, renewed. I will not after this one. I've had countless of issues with Tunecore, and sometimes because of their conflictive requests. For example, one said you can't use the word Collection, another just approved and sent for distribution. They JUST CAN'T GET IT TOGETHER. In one year, I had ONE problem with Distrokid - i accidentally uploaded the same track for two titles. Texts and covers I used for the Distrokid are the same as Tunecore. (I have three children's song artist profiles). So, to avoid the pains, use Distrokid. Go check their reviews, and see why, despite having MANY MORE REVIEWS, STILL HAVE A HIGHER SCORE on Trustpilot. Those numbers don't lie. Good luck!
Useless company with zero support
Useless company with zero support, customer service no existent, terrible phones. From a real experience. I recommend avoiding this one.

Just bad, zero customer service. Purchased from appsumo. Don't recommend. At all. As in; move on, get something else.
Slow, useless, noone cares
Slow, useless, clearly noonw has worked on it for a very long time, noone cares. Take your money and go to appsumo, and get a better video making software.
