My order from Shein is delayed. I never had this problem with Buffalo. If I call their office line never gets picked up. Bad experience ever, super slow and not professional.

SpeedAf Pakistan, just like people says is slow and unresponsive on calls and emails. But if you try to contact them on social media platforms like WhatsApp or Facebook. They usually replies within a day. It can take some time for website to update your parcels' details or even show rescheduled for next delivery cycle but fear not they'll deliver your parcels or you can complain through AliExpress portal or seller directly they'll contact the Chinese branch of SpeedAf and you'll be updated about your delivery details. Hope this helps. Since SpeedAf handover their parcels to companies like TCS, CaptainCourier, Leopard, etc. Then the riders from these companies either steal your items or deliver it to the wrong person, in case they're not delivered to you and shows delivered on AliExpress.

Everything is ok when you receive your order, despite some delays and late delivery during the day, BUT when the package is held by customs (for whatever reason, even if no prohibited or dangerous goods inside), speedAF will NEVER care to do its job, which is customs clearance ! instead they ask me to do it despite paying $30 for shipping with DDP terms (delivery duty paid), and to increase their own profit, they have even tripled my loss by combining 3 orders, and now I'm left with NO money and NO goods ! If I wanted to deal with customs directly, I would have ordered from Alibaba or other wholesale places for MUCH cheaper prices not AliExcrem..t ! They praise themselves on speed delivery, but when you need them the most, they just let you down and ask you to clear customs yourself !! Now it's OVER 55 days that the tracking number MA038621951R is stuck in customs, without anyone doing anything at all, just hoping the parcel will clear customs by itself !! They even direct you to another company "MED AFRICA" that either doesn't answer phone calls, or the call itself is dropped for no reason ! And for info, the customs are located in a VERY remote area far away from my home (more than 40 km without any means of transportation), and I still need to walk about 2 km to reach them, and this is only for people living in Casablanca, it's even worse for other cities !

Speedaf company is a thief they stole my parcel and updated fake tracking information. I didn't receive any package nor contacted by their rider still they updated the tracking information as the package was received by the customer. I contacted too many times on their phone number and sent a lot of emails but also no response from speedaf side.

Today, I was surprised to find that my order (MA019681550R) through AliExpress was marked as "delivered," yet I hadn't been contacted by any Speedaf delivery personnel. Upon arriving home, I found no trace of the parcel. Later, at around 04:53 PM, I received a call from an unfamiliar person who informed me that he had received my package by mistake. The delivery site is located near the Val Fleuri area. He handed me the product without its packaging or the plastic wrap that contained my personal information.
