Took over 3 weeks to receive a t-shirt I ordered. I finally called and customer service said the delay was do to a wrong shipment. They said they expected it to ship later that week but it arrived over a week after they said it would ship. If I hadn't called I never would have known.

I had reached out to customer service about 4 days ago to cancel my order. The status says unfulfilled and I'm about to go to a concert this weekend. I order the shirt about a week ago, so I knew it wasn't going to make it in time when it wasn't sent out. The customer service person emailed me back and told me that my order was fulfilled, and I would just have to return it through the mail when it comes in. I go onto my account and still the status reads UNFULLFILLED. Not happy, just cancel the order customer service.

the queen t-shirt they show is for one concert and it doesn't even make sense. this was a tour and was not limited to one venue.

Love the print, quality of t-shirt seems to be very good. All in all, a beautiful product I’ll be happy to wear. One star off because it took 10 days to ship the shirt and I finally received it exactly 15 days after ordering. Love the product, Shipping could be faster.

I have to give you only 3 stars. That's an honest answer for my experience with Spiral. I have to say, I was excited just coming from Spiral. Anyway , as time went flying by, I reached pit to ask about my order and was told of the 5-7 days for processing. Upon further investigation after 7 days was told of the overload from promoting was causing delays but they would contact them and push for shipment. After the delay, the shirt arrived. The design is so faded that you can hardly make it out.

I really liked the look of my ACDC…
I really liked the look of my ACDC women's tank and was very excited to wear it. There were problems from the start, no confirmation sent to me when I first ordered, had to follow up several times as it took over three weeks to receive it. They did send me an email letting me know that things were delayed due to moving to a new warehouse, which I did appreciate. Once I did receive it, the graphic was crooked and located in the middle of my stomach. The materiel is very, very thin and cheap. I sent a request via website for a refund and I have yet to hear from them. Overall, not impressed I would not buy anything from this company again.
