They were great. Don't know how they make any money. 15 bottles for under a hundred dollars
Very easy process
Very easy process. I purchased a crate and picked it up at Dollar General near my house. I didn't have to wait around to sign for it, I could pick it up when it was convenient for me.
18 bottle order short 1 bottle.
I received an 18 bottle order that was short one bottle. I identified that the order sheet showed a particular wine included 2 bottles, but there was actually just 1 bottle in the case. Michael said they couldn't ship a single bottle, but that I would receive a $15 credit to my account and valid for 1 year. i found that very acceptable.
Delivery was very fast
FedEx failed big time
FedEx failed big time. Their app usually lets me see arrival times. Missed the delivery and took to warehouse where it was lost for 10days. You guys hunted and hunted. Didn’t find and resent the box. Finally arrived after 2 weeks missing wedding party. This was the first experience out of 30 plus orders.
