After about 2 month's research, I just ordered a Spooky2 Scalar GenerationX Pro Essential Kit. I had many questions before I ordered this and emailed back and forth with Lisa the Spooky2 rep. She was very pleasant, prompt to respond, knowledgeable, and helpful. I am very excited about this product and to be a part of this group.

There are few if any products or companies for which I would readily give a 5 star review, Spooky2 is that rare exception. The technology itself is phenomenal, both versatile and wide ranging in its application. Understandably there is a bit of a learning curve but it is fairly easily managed and over time one discovers what works best for oneself. The results are more than worth the upfront effort. Beyond the equipment it is the support that imho puts Spooky2 in a class by itself. Tremendous customer support team, responsive and available to answer questions, provide guidance, etc., etc. The hardware/software is also constantly evolving which demonstrates an ongoing commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. For what it's worth I'm neither paid nor otherwise affiliated with the company, simply a happy customer who believes in the product line and the organization behind it. Can't speak or recommend highly enough!

Great product, I’ve own a spooky 2 before, back for more. Great customer service, technical service and support 24-7. The frequency data base is amazing, and the blogs are informative. The newsletters keep you informed and customer testimonials are inspiring. A great team at spooky. Royal Rife proved it works Tesla and Einstein that’s real science not pseudoscience. I’m also a musician and love frequencies wave forms music is therapy. Spooky rocks!!

It’s a bit of a learning curve initially but the support is truly excellent . I’ve had top class support whenever required . Spooky2 products - a Great Choice!
Spooky2 is the most amazing company. When learning a new 'system' of health care, Customer Service is very important. At S2 it began before I even purchased my first generator. In 2023 I read reviews on here and decided to buy a S2 product. An agent on the S2 website CHAT helped me decide what was best for my purposes (no pressure at all to choose a higher-priced item!) The GenXPro kit was suggested. It was the Perfect beginner product to buy (it actually consists of 2 gens and numerous accessories - everything you need.) Today my agent was Melody Zhu. She was professional, very friendly, relaxed and helpful and I was happy with the result of the call. Thanks Melody! Some of the things I love about Spooky2: - they sure know how to choose their agents. Since I bought my "Spooky" I've often used their CHAT for quick info/answers to my questions. Agents will even work with you, walking you through things, and making sure you don't need any more help before ending the call. - Excellent, sturdy, amazingly well-made equipment! - Wonderful assortment of programs, including their new "Peptides". One of these helped me regain some of my lost hearing and countless people have been helped immeasurably, even to the extend of them avoiding surgeries doctors had deemed necessary. In one of those cases a dog-bite victim's pain level when from 9 down to 2 in 4 hours, and the severed nerve in his ankle healed so no surgery was necessary). Rife therapy is truly wonderful. Had a problem after a lightening storm…
Had a problem after a lightening storm whereby the screen on my Spooky Gen X was grey and snowy. It locked up and would not reset no matter what I tried. I emailed customer service and received a very prompt reply from Jervis Gu. His kind words of encouragement helped me so much. I felt so supported and knew I would get the help I needed. He proceeded to give me detailed instructions along with a video to show me what needed to be done. His instructions were absolutely spot on and I am happy to say that my Spooky is up and running! I love the Gen X and use it daily. It has helped in so many ways and the customer support is 5 stars. Thank you so much!

This is my second review of Spooky2
This is my second review of this company and I'm writing with an update after using their PEMF technology specifically the mini magic and big magic. Also I have a new customer support representative serving me Anna. I am impressed by the PEMF products. Everytime any of us have any sort of acute body pains such bruises sprains headaches muscle aches we attach the mini magic either quad or single coil depending on the size of the area we want to cover and the pain is relieved in under 30 mins. This is an incredible technology and it works. The big magic is on my bed every night and it has given me very good sleep these past months. I am happy to say these PEMF are awesome support for my family's health and I am looking forward to having the magic pro one day. Anna our new customer service support rep has been the most accommodating person so far. Her predecessor Nicole was legendary and Cheryl was very kind and helpful and patient. I am looking forward to learning more from Anna and I hope she will benefit staying on with this good company for the long term. I will be asking many questions soon on how to alleviate some health issues I'm facing and I am confident we will find the right frequency or peptide with the rife machines. I have the entire set up from xm to gx pro to plasma tube and phanatron. A huge investment for better life and better health. Thank you Spooky2! Thank you Miramate!

This was a tech issue for me, after trying all the recommendations from people, I reached out to customer service. Jervis helped me in detail to work on resolving my issue and that we did. Now back to Rifing as usual!
