I’ve been using spooky 2 for a couple of years now . They’re an excellent company to deal with and their support is truly excellent. I’d thoroughly recommend their products and support services . There’s a bit of a learning curve involved with their systems but I’ve always been more than happy with the support that they provided . The quality of the products is also excellent.
I have been using all the Spooky 2 equipment in my Healing Rooms since 2020. It has delivered excellent results in helping clients with certain health issues, and I find the 11-day detox especially fantastic to accompany any healing program, natural or medical; very good. Highly recommend.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with this company for several months snd have purchased equipment on 3 different occasions. On all occasions, my queries were dealt with promptly, efficiently and in a very friendly "can do' manner. My technical queries were addressed and resolved quickly and I was provided numerous links / resources for reference and support. Equipment was always delivered within given timeframes and received in very good, well packed, well presented packaging. Overall, it has been a very positive experience dealing with the company and I have recommended them to family members and friends.
I bought a Generator x Pro. Then later another one, and another one. I was satisfied. Unfortunately, one of them broke down, nothing was visible on the screen. It worked in 0-24 hours. I tried it, the remote would flash if I set it to blind for some program, so the generator part could work. I connected it to the computer and it saw the uploaded programs. Then I wrote to the customer service. The answer came immediately from Anita Li, who made a video on how to disassemble and reconnect the display. I didn't have much faith that it would work, I thought, at least I don't have to send the device to the factory, because it will be enough if they send a new display that I can replace. But after reconnecting, the display worked!!!! Thank you to the Spooky2 team for the quick and adequate help, the device was repaired so quickly: I am as satisfied as possible!!!!
There was a glitch in making my purchase via credit card stating the card expiration date was invalid. I had saved up for my second GX Pro Remote Kit and was soooo excited to finally be able to order it - and snafu - it would not go through! Customer service Lisa & Sabrina were able to turn it around and get my payment through and now I excitedly anticipate my new units arrival to help more people heal!!!
