Easy to use, I appreciated that they didn't charge a portion of the funds raised for the platform. I had a glitch I needed fix, to change the beneficiary to a contributor and they fixed it right away. Very responsive. I like this better than the other well known fundraising site.

We're thrilled to have found Spotfund. Our ministry makes ocasional use of crowdfunding platforms; and though our results have been fine elsewhere, our recent exerience with Spotfund has been outstanding. Not only was the platform simple to use; we raised more than our goal in one day, and when we did need support - it was not only FAST.. it was a real person. That said, the key to what is undoubtedly going to manifest as great success for this company is their efficiency, and personal attention! I sincerely hope they can maintain this level of professional, personal, and efficient care, when their reviews take them to the top.!

Funny thing is.. before trusting Spotfund, I read their reviews on Trustpilot. I liked what I saw, so I set up a crowdfunding page - which shot past its goals in one day! A lot of credit goes to Spotfund, because first of all.. setting everything up was easy. I'm no teckie so that was a blessing. It was 1, 2, 3.. LIVE. But perhaps the BEST part of Spotfund is the support. It's actually there when you need it, and fast at that. Maria Tillerson is amazing. She is doubtless the public face of what will be the most sucessful crowd funding platform of the next ... 100+ years.

Site was easy to use, but their are definitely fees

Site was easy to use. However, it is misleading to state that their are no fees, when the user is forced to link a bank account through Stripe, which proceeded to charge me ~$16 to withdraw $550, netting only ~$533. 👎 I would gladly donate to spotfund, if it wasn't for this high servicing fee. Please negotiate a better fee. Users are raising money through the site for important causes and shouldn't be lining the pockets of Stripe. 👎

I am very thankful to have a place like spot me to be able to help in not only my time of need but everyone who needs help and support. It was easy to create your own share and to keep up with the many supporters.

The process was easily completed. My Spot Fund for my good friend’s wife is ongoing. She needs expensive treatment for her cancer. I hope that this Spot Fund helps her get her treatment she desperately needs.

Unfortunately, my experience was terrible, and I feel the duty to share it. In absolute good faith, I wanted to make a donation to support someone who claims to be helping everyone. Unfortunately, the situation turned into a complete nightmare. ​Right after making the payment, unauthorized withdrawals started appearing on my bank account, originating from Albania. Shortly after, I was contacted by a person claiming to be from my bank. They told me they had detected suspicious activity and had blocked the transactions since they could see I was in another country and not in Albania. To convince me, this person asked me to check my balance and verify the phone numbers they were calling from. They used three different numbers, all of which appeared on my screen as the official toll-free numbers of my bank. ​This person kept insisting that I immediately change my internet banking codes and passwords over the phone following their instructions. Fortunately, I hung up on them. Right after, I contacted my bank through the official app channels, and they confirmed they had never called me. Hanging up and changing my passwords immediately on my own was the right move, otherwise my account would have been completely cleaned out. ​I warn everyone to be extremely careful when making donations on this site, as it seems to be directly linked to scammers. Behind the facade of someone asking for help or promising to help you, you risk having your entire account stolen. Purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata pessima e sento il dovere di condividerla. In assoluta buona fede, volevo fare una donazione per sostenere una persona che dichiara di voler aiutare tutti noi. Purtroppo, però, la situazione si è ribaltata in modo totalmente negativo. ​Subito dopo aver effettuato il pagamento, sul mio conto corrente sono partiti dei prelievi non autorizzati provenienti dall'Albania. Successivamente, sono stata contattata da un individuo che affermava di chiamare per conto della mia banca. Mi ha riferito che avevano notato movimenti sospetti e che, vedendo che mi trovavo in un altro Stato e non in Albania, avevano bloccato le transazioni. Per convincermi, questa persona mi ha invitata a controllare il saldo e a verificare i numeri da cui mi stava chiamando: ne ha utilizzati tre diversi, e purtroppo sul display del telefono risultavano essere proprio quelli del numero verde ufficiale della mia banca. ​Questo finto operatore insisteva affinché cambiassi immediatamente i codici e le password dell'internet banking direttamente dal mio telefono, seguendo le sue istruzioni. Fortunatamente ho avuto la prontezza di riagganciare. Subito dopo, ho contattato la mia banca tramite i canali ufficiali dell'app e mi hanno confermato che non mi avevano mai chiamata. Ho fatto benissimo a chiudere la telefonata e a cambiare subito le password in totale autonomia, altrimenti avrebbero svuotato l'intero conto. ​Vi invito a prestare la massima attenzione se decidete di fare donazioni su questo sito, perché a quanto pare i dati sono collegati direttamente a dei truffatori. Dietro la facciata di chi chiede aiuto o promette di aiutarvi, rischiate seriamente di ritrovarvi con il conto derubato.
