Serious warning to trainers, consultants and clients considering Sprintzeal.
After seven years of professional association, Sprintzeal contracted me to teach in Houston. I drove from Austin, paid for lodging, and arrived ready to deliver the training. Only after my arrival was I informed the participant had cancelled. I was explicitly assured that my full payment would be made.
Sprintzeal has since refused to honor that commitment. Even more concerning, I received payment and bank processing representations that I believe were misleading and fraudulent.
This experience raises serious concerns about Sprintzeal’s ethics, professionalism, and treatment of its trainers. I strongly recommend that trainers exercise extreme caution before accepting engagements with this company.

This is Gulfam..I am instructor and I have been working with sprintzeal 3 years and conducted many trainings globally online and on-site in different countries...and always bring many 5 stars feedbacks maximum...I had a wonderful journey and memories with this organisation, conducted CCNP training in Abu Dhabi with 5 stars feedback and more training in Riyadh from them... I wanted to do many more online/on-site trainings from them in different countries..
Although, they have stopped working with me but I will never forget them, will remember them always in good words as I had a very nice memorable journey with them... specially Jeffin, Leonard, Tenzin, Jason, Steve (Muhammad Tanzeel), Ruksar and Simon...I would never forget these guys... always considered them as my family members...I always considered sprintzeal my second home 🏡...yes, sometimes I have been rude to them due to payments delays but that's part of work and understandable...
They have stopped working with me cause of my mistake...and that was by mistake...I confessed...but I stayed loyal with them always and these guys also worked well with me...even I still wanted to work with them in long term...my heart shattered into pieces..
Anyway, I'm leaving my review because they said we don't wanna work more with you. So I wanted to leave my final thoughts for them and good bye with good words... I wish I could give 10 stars if I could find option here...I would say congratulations to new lucky instructors who are working with sprintzeal...this is very good organisation...hope sprintzeal will miss me in good words any time... This is the worst and most unprofessional institute I have ever encountered. I simply sent an inquiry asking about course details, and they keep following up with me — even calling at night while I'm sleeping, around 10:30 pm or 11:30 pm. They don't care about people at all; they just need to fulfill their sales targets. I do not recommend this institute.
The content was explained very clearly. All questions were answered promptly and thoroughly, and it was evident that the instructor had extensive knowledge of the subject.
Workshop was amazing, very interactive, useful tools and information provided. my instructor explains material very clear, with examples that are aligned with my day to day job.
Harit Bhasin, CBAP, was a fantastic instructor. Very knowledgeable, patient, and capable. He took me through all the content, and I feel prepared to move forward in the CBAP process.
First of all, it was a great opportunity to have this short IT course with you. Actually it was useful for me. I learned many new IT topics. And of course many thanks to Mrs, Fathima Bagum for her patience with me. Also it was clear from her that she was teaching me sincerely. My only notice was that the center doesn't provide coffee or snacks.
The class was very informative and interactive. The trainer Swati was excellent and a wealth of knowledge. I would definitely recommend the ITIL V5 training.
One of the best trainers we have had this time. Swathi managed to engage all of us, making the whole session fun and educational with the stories from her diverse background.
Update on my experience further with sprintzeal: 19/06/2026
I originally posted a review about my experience after my invoice remained unpaid despite the work being completed and accepted.
Following that review, representatives of the company contacted me and stated that my payment would only be processed if I first deleted my Trustpilot review. I was told that if I did not remove the review, resolving the payment would become more difficult. In my view, payment for completed work should not be conditional on removing a truthful review.
I have email correspondence confirming acceptance of my deliverables, confirmation that my invoice was being processed, and subsequent assurances regarding payment. Despite this, payment remains outstanding and now they are asking me to delete the review to get my invoice clearance.
I am updating my review so that others are aware of my experience. I will update/delete it if the company settles the outstanding invoice without requiring the removal of an honest review else I will keep updating if it gets worst.

I wish I could give it a 0 star. I have been freelance trainer with Sprintzeal for classroom training of 4 days in Europe in April and first thing is they had no info about the candidate's preference as she wanted to do PMP7 and they asked me to go for PMP8 so when I started training I had to change the approach at the end moment knowing the candidate's preference and second thing the company committed to pay within 22 days days after training completion and after 45 days I am still chasing them and they are not paying me and just dragging it since long. I would not recommend it to any individual to work with Sprintzeal because they are least bothered about the candidates and trainers both.
As a professional in the IT service industry, I was incredibly excited to dive into the new ITIL 5 Foundation course. However, I’ll admit I was also a bit anxious about whether the trainer would truly understand our day-to-day operational realities and be able to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
Fortunately, my entire batch and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Swati Kondapalli. While her credentials are highly impressive on paper, her actual depth of knowledge and real-world expertise exceeded all expectations. She brought complex concepts to life using engaging, relatable case studies and interactive activities that kept us completely dialed in. Furthermore, she meticulously covered the exam curriculum, booking procedures, and best practices, leaving us feeling thoroughly prepared.
