Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently praise the exceptional quality of the finished products and mention that the website is very simple and fun to use for creating custom orders. Reviewers often describe the items as wonderful and unique gifts that bring a truly special touch to personal book collections. However, some people mentioned that shipments can take a long time to arrive from overseas and package tracking updates are sometimes entirely unclear. Some consumers also noted that the device can feel a bit uneven at first and requires applying firm pressure to get a clear impression.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. This is my second order and this time I ordered a bespoke clip for my embosser to use with my handmade books as I am a bookbinder. The process was quick and easy and my new clip is a perfect rendition of my logo. My only disappointment…I couldn’t choose the clip colour. It would have been nice to be able to match it to my handle.
Customer service was above and beyond! I had a custom order that required precision and their support means everything is exceptional. So grateful and excited
The order process was easy and I got exactly what I wanted. The stamp is all metal and great quality in the impressions I’ve made so far. I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up!
I loved that it was completly customizable. It came quickly.
Very happy with the embosser I received. It was delivered quickly and safely. The embosser itself was easy to put together and easy to figure out how to use it properly.
Excellent product. Delivered quickly. Very happy with my order!
the lady that helped me with my questions was so helpful and professional. her name was Ellie with the Professional Service Team
loved the quality, all together is beautiful, expected a longer delivery time because of the custom made design but it got to me only a week after i place the ordered, phenomenal
I loved my customised stamp. So easy to assemble and use and you can clearly see the embossing on my pages. Thank you
Ellie was excellent and made sure my order was correct and was very friendly throughout the processs. She ensured my embosser was exactly how I wanted it and went above and beyond in her role. Excellent customer service!
The embosser is solid and meets expectations. My wife loves it, so that’s all that matters. Delivery was a bit slower than expected but understandable for something produced outside the U.S.
I love my book embosser. Unique design. My books look fantastic with a personal touch.
I love my new stamp! Well made and quick delivery.
The item is extremely well made, perfect for what I need it for. sturdy, something to pass on for generations.
Great product - fastish postage - wasn’t aware it was coming from china - it was a present and I’m sure my kid with love it
Such a beautiful and unique gift. I have to be honest I was a bit worried when I got a notification that my order was shipped but was coming all the way from China! But the whole process was very smooth and my order was delivered within the estimated time frame. The quality was much better than expected and I’m already planning to get another one! Highly recommend!
Great product and great service. I love the fact you can get a stamp as well as the emobsser too!
My daughter is going to love her personalised gift x
Happy with purchase. But 2 things could have made it better. 1. The box the unit comes in is worthless once the unit is assembled in its useable fashion. So it is essentially a DISPOSABLE [use once] box just for shipping. This is a waste of good plastic. I cannot gift this unit to someone in pieces! I want to put it together first. I would prefer having a box that the recipient can use to store their embosser for its full lifetime! 2. The embosser "snagged" paper in its hinge side upon our first experiments with it. It ruined the pages of two books! We should have tested it on blank paper first. I took the unit apart and reassembled it. Then it appeared to work fine without tearing the paper.
