This was the second chair lift installation in our home and everything went well and glad the installation date was spot on because my mom was coming home from a rehab facility and we needed the chair lift to be installed by a certain date. After the install, a minor adjustment had to be made and the installer returned to our home in a reasonable amount of time.

What an amazing company

What an amazing company. Nicest staff, from the first visit to the installation. Their staff is very professional , and the product is great. The lift is not obtrusive in our house. Works great for my mom, and we are so happy we bought it.

He stood out for several reasons: Reliable: He called ahead of time and gave us an accurate ETA. Proficient: He installed the chairlift efficiently and without any issues. Kind: He understood that having a chairlift installed can be an emotional and challenging experience, and he treated us with compassion and respect. Patient: He made multiple adjustments to the chair height until it was exactly right for us, never making us feel rushed. The Stannah chairlift has been a game changer. It allows us to remain safely and comfortably in our home. The chair is easy to use and very comfortable. Jen, in the New Jersey office, was also a pleasure to work with. She welcomed me when I came in to try the chairlifts and was helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Stannah to anyone considering a chairlift.

Both Eric and Gordon arrived on time

Both Eric and Gordon arrived on time. They were very pleasant and got to work right away. The installation process took about 4 hours and they made sure my mother and I understood how the stairlift worked. Gave us all the information we need but in case we had any other questions, to be sure to call office. We only had the stairlift for a week but so far the whole experience was great. Would recommend them if you need stairlifts.

The sales rep, installers and product.

The sales rep, Jamie, was great. The installation went very quickly and smoothly and the installers were polite and tidy. I would have given you 5 stars but it took too long to be made and shipped. I had to wait into the 7th week and I am disabled and was barely able to climb the stairs. Very happy with the product.

The stairlift came within a week of ordering. Excellent turnaround. We were told that the installation would take 2-3 hours. It actually took close to 5 hours, which prevented us from running a planned errand. Nonetheless, it was installed professionally and well. It was our installer's first solo installation, and so it was acceptable. He was courteous and professional. His tutorial on how to use it was clear, and he answered our questions to our satisfaction. We are very happy with the stailift.

The whole process was fast

The whole process was fast - from first phone call to request home assessment - to fast scheduled date for installing two Stannah Stairlifts in my home. Eric C. installed the stairlifts - came prepared - his expertise was very apparent, even reinforced two steps on cellar stairs for the second chairlift.
