The whole process was very easy. The representative came out right away. I was amazed of how little time it took but how sturdy the stair lift is. The installer was very nice and made some adjustments for me height once it was installed. He made sure knew all the features before he left. The stairlift has been a life saver. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and it was getting harder and harder to go up and down the steps.
The process of buying and installing the Stannah Stairlift was pleasant and effortless. I was contacted very quickly after I made an inital inquiry, was able to set up a date a fair amount in the future, and found the Sales Rep, Tony well versed with our particular needs. The installer, James, was knowledgeable and well organized and gave us a good demonstration of the stairlift which has made our lives so much easier. We are very glad we selected Stannah Stairlift.

Joe Walters was our go-to person, and he was a ten in our books! He was not only well versed and knowledgeable about the product, but helpful in guiding us in just what was the best option for our needs. He worked with us to get these lifts installed in as timely a manner as possible, which proved to be a God send to my brother who recently lost the use of both his legs, and for his wife battling cancer along with recovering from her open heart surgery. We chose Stannah primarily for the fact you have a slim model for tight spaces and a rent-to-buy option, as well as a refurbished option. Michelle, my sales representative was wonderful. She was very attentive to our needs, especially since we are installing it for a loved one who isn't home right now. She explained my options in detail, answered my many questions, and was always available when I needed help. Eric, who installed the lift was great. After installing, he explained in detail how to use it, let us try it out and left the brochure and contact info in the event of any issues. I'm very happy with the service we've received. I would recommend Stannah to anyone who wants a stairlift.
