More downtime than comcast thats an achievement on its own. To top it off their customer support is the absolute worst, bots sending the same email over and over.

Christian was fantastic!! So polite and helpful. He set everything up within minutes and showed me how adjust the WiFi settings (name, password, etc.) on the app. Could not have had a better experience. He also was right on time, which never happens!

I told Alyssa I was in need of assistance connecting up a router I already had and cancelling an appointment I had to make in order to create a new account. She dove into the solution head first and assured me that my request was not only easy to accomplish, but that she was enthusiastic to do so. There was a while between us getting on the call and the router booting up, I’m used to being on hold but Alyssa and I wound up having a lovely conversation for the better part of an hour while we waited. My WiFi is all fixed now, but the reason I will continue to use Starry is because of my time with Alyssa- kind, solution-oriented, fast!
