steve.ai tool is very user friendly

steve.ai tool is very user friendly, and videos are made within few seconds. The final output videos are eye catchy and I would recommend it to my friends. About customer service, I received a reply ASAP and they are happy to help us whenever needed. They cleared all my doubts.

Cancelled. Still charged. Terrible customer service.

I tried pro to download the videos. But the presentations were frankly boring and underwhelming. With a lot of editing it came out okay, but I can do this all with any other free presentation service. Then, after I cancelled through their customer service, was reassured by 2 different customer service interactions that I would not be charged. Then I received an email stating I would be charged. Annoying. Another customer service interaction tells me I will not be charged. Surprise! I got charged. They have yet to apologize or take responsibility. Plus, they asked for proof I had been charged as if they don't have that information on their end. The whole thing seems sketchy. I will be reporting it to my bank now.
