Ease of ordering and having a personalized shopper pick out the e clothes. Did a great match up to my personality and liking. Did find merchandise to be a little over priced. Checking other websites cost comparisons you can find cheaper for same items sent.
I used Stitch Fix years ago, but then the pandemic happened and I didn't need clothes. However, I love the on-demand fixes. I don't remember if they had that back then, but it's awesome. After struggling for weeks to find light, comfy, work appro clothing for a work trip to the Deep South, I submitted details to my stylist and got a great box. Some of the items didn't fit well, but my favorites did, and I got one perfect outfit for the trip. The top and pants were really high quality and something I probably wouldn't have picked for myself. I'm going to have other work events and weddings this year, and I'm just going to request an on-demand fix for those occasions.
There is not a lot of great shopping where I live, I also work full time, and my schedule doesn't permit me to travel to where all the great shopping is. Stitch Fix provides me with the personalized convenience of a great shopping experience. FAST free shipping, free returns and a stylist that truly listens and has gotten to know what I love and how to help me try new things. Stitch Fix has made my life easier, and I feel very put together without having to overthink my outfits.
I've had a great experience with Stitch Fix! The process was easy from start to finish, and I really appreciated how well my stylist listened to my preferences. The clothing was high quality, fit well, and included pieces I probably wouldn't have picked for myself but ended up loving. The convenience of having personalized outfits delivered to my door saved me time, and the detailed style cards made it easy to mix and match items I already owned. If you're looking for a fun, stress-free way to update your wardrobe with clothes that fit your style, I'd definitely recommend Stitch Fix!
Although the prices are a little expensive, I was very impressed with the items that were sent to me. I signed up for Stitch Fix with great reservations thinking that I would be sending all the items back as soon as I got them and then cancelling. To my surprise, I really liked what was sent to me. The quality was much nicer then what I have found in stores and what I have received on amazon. Most of the items that were sent to me fit nicely, which was surprising because I have difficulty finding clothes that fit comfortably. I filled out the check out and requested an item to be exchanged. I had the item shipped before I even had the item returned. The return process was also made easy by them sending a return label and return bag in the box with the items. The part that was most impressive was how my personal stylist was able to capture what I like, what would fit well, and what would look nice on me without ever meeting me. My overall impression of Stitch Fix was definitely a 5 star rating. Stitch Fix surprised me with a great product and what I felt was a stylist who really did care about me and wanted to find clothes that would truly make me look and feel fabulous even though I am just words on a screen. I am really excited about what I will receive in the mail on my next fix.
My stylist, Jill, always meets my needs! Stitch Fix is very easy to work with in regards to exchanges and returns! I love not having to go into stores and rummage around. The pricing is reasonable, and I love that if I feel like I don't have "extra" money to spend, I can easily skip a Fix.
I would have given Stitch Fix a 5 start however I’ve only received one box and have one more on the way. I gave 4 stars for the communication in getting to know me and my style and for the easy of the return. I’m excited to see how my 2nd box is for me.
My stylist does a great jobs of selecting what looks good on my body type while still being stylish. The price is good without being cheap.
My stylist Charity makes my experience with stitch fix great. I also appreciate the free shipping for delivery and returns. Customer service makes stitch fix worth it, too!
its just that the styles dont generally work on my shape. I keep saying that. I'm extremely busty with an hourglass shape and short waisted. I have had two things that I would wear out of three boxes. I kept a jacket, but the color looks like faded coral. I can make that work because i needed an updated jacket but my fixes have been "meh", if something fits, the colors generally wash me out. Idk. Plus I asked for accessories......I thought that meant necklaces and earrings......maybe a belt. I have great shoes already.

I have been a Stitch Fix customer for several years. The quality of the stylists’ packages as well as the quality of the selected merchandise have been consistently excellent. In the rare event of a return or exchange, the process has been quick and seamless. Communications from Stitch Fix are timely and helpful.
None of my first fix was acceptable, and I returned them all. My second and last fix, I purchased one item. I used my $20 for my first purchase (new account sign-up), however I was very disappointed that I was charged a $20 fix fee, which I was not aware of until I checked my bank account. If your company wants to keep returning customers, it will go a long way in my mind if you would return my $20.

They work until they get your style right. My first two boxes were filled with quality pieces, but either sizing was off or I wasn’t needing what was sent. They make it so easy to return unwanted pieces. Love that the do a style reset when they realize they aren’t hitting the mark. Definitely happy with the entire experience.
Love the selection and the idea of someone suggesting items I wouldn’t necessarily choose on my own. The quality of the items is great. A little pricy but generally worth it.
I think the quality of clothing has become an issue the past year, especially with casual tops. Style choices seem limited as well. Prices are too high for lowered quality.

As a person who is really good at styling for herself, I was skeptical at first - even upon opening the box and reviewing the items that sat before me. I was wrong, because once I tried everything on, I realized I really liked every piece that came in the box and understood how it all came together. I ended up keeping some, and the only two reasons I didn't keep everything they sent were: 1. the price was a bit much for me to keep all of the items (I am a thrifter/budget shopper) and 2. I already had similar items in my wardrobe that could serve the purpose. I look forward to future fixes to see what they have next for me to try :)

Have been a customer since the Trunk Club days I do like the service. I like how the stylists keeps up with emerging trends and also throws in something a bit more abstract than I would normally pick. The pricing is what you make it, which I like. I did however enjoy the personal touch I had with my stylist in the Trunk Club days, though I understand the business complications with that but it gave the overall experience more of an intimate feel. Also, it would be great if Stitch Fix could offer a custom fitting option. I bought a nuuumber of customized shirts in the Trunk Club days and the quality of those custom items were outstanding.

For the most part I have gotten versatile pieces that fit well and go with my work style at the beginning of my subscription. The last few boxes haven’t been as great and I’m giving it one more box to decide if I will cancel my subscription. I think that my stylist has changed at some point because the pieces that I get are sometimes either too tight, too big, or not my style at all. She tries to meet my requests but maybe they just don’t have pieces that will suit me and she has to guess at options for me - I’m not really sure what’s happened but things have changed with what I get in my boxes. I know they have a list of things I’ve kept so they should have a good history of ideas for me somewhere.
I LOVE my stylist at Stitchfix! After receiving boxes for so long and staying with same stylist, she knows what i like and dislike! The quality is above average. I've tried a few other similar companies and none have the quality of clothing or that personal interaction with your own stylist. I only gave 4 stars due to prices. I would continue receiving monthly boxes, but having some financial issues in today's economy, I just can't afford it. But, they are worth it!
