More Time Button
I have been an active user of Stitch Fix for a few years now. This time was a little different. I’m working a new job and a lot more hours. I received my fix and didn’t have time to make my selection right away. I made my choices at the last minute and purchased just one pair of jeans out of the fix. Within 5 days of making my selection and paying for the jeans, I was charged for the entire order. Money is tight right now with back to school annd birthdays. Getting charged so soon after making my selection didn’t help. Im writing this to help improve customer service. I absolutely love Stitch Fix. It has helped improve my wardrobe dramatically. I personally need more time when I receive my fix. I have a wife and kids. I work a lot of hours as well. This time was a major inconvenience for me. I understand there are rules in place and we receive email reminders as well but life happens and the whole reason I use this service is to make shopping for clothes a little easier. I have sent back the items I did not want. Hopefully I can get my refund soon and enjoy my next fix. I recommend a more time button or courtesy call.

I do not like that I cannot longer just put my returns into my mailbox to send back. The best thing about Stitch Fix was that I didn’t have to drive a return to the Post Office.
If your looking for options to update your wardrobe
Great selection of fabric and styles to meet most needs. Paying options are plenty however pricing can be high for some items but discounts have made this even not a concern as I up date my wardrobe for both work and dress casual events

Hi, I don't wear a 2x I wear a 1X HOWEVER, you continue to send 2xs even though I told my stylist I wear a 1x.

My experience was great! It was user-friendly, and my stylist did an amazing job picking out pieces that fit my style perfectly. The clothes are great quality and everything fit beautifully right out of the box. The price were right on target for the price range I chose. I highly recommend anyone trying it!

The clothes I get the most compliments on are from Stitch Fix! Things that I wouldn’t normally select turn out to be some of my favorite pieces.

Sending sweaters when it is 100 degrees is not the smartest thing, pricing on clothes a little higher than anticipated
Good option for people who cannot get out to Shop
I did like the classic style of the clothes. Even though I gave my accurate sizes, they were too big. There was not much variety in what was sent, and they didn't create an outfit. But mainly they cost more than what I would normally spend. Stitch Fix may be a good option for people who cannot get out and Shop.

I have been receiving fixes for the last several years. My stylist is wonderful and picks things for me that I would pick. Her name is Jennifer and I hope I never lose her! Easy returns, great customer service! Recommend everyone try Stitch Fix!
