My experience with StockX has been extremely disappointing. I purchased a pair of sneakers on Friday, July 31, during a highly anticipated sneaker release. Despite the seller having several days to ship the item, it still has not been shipped.
I contacted StockX and requested that the order be canceled so I could purchase the sneakers from another seller who was actually prepared to fulfill the order. Unfortunately, StockX refused to cancel the order, leaving me stuck waiting with no real solution.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I have made many purchases through StockX over the years. On more than one occasion, I have received sneakers that appeared to have been tried on, with visible creases or signs of light wear, even though they were sold as new. When I raised those concerns, StockX refused to take responsibility or provide a meaningful resolution. It felt like the priority was collecting the money rather than standing behind the authenticity and condition of the products sold on their platform.
For a marketplace that promotes trust and reliability, I expected much better customer service and accountability. Buyers should not be left waiting because a seller fails to ship, nor should they be left without support when they receive products that don’t meet expectations. Based on my repeated experiences, I can no longer recommend StockX and will be taking my business elsewhere.
Wore my shoes the day after I received my Yeezy 750s and the soles separated from the upper on both shoes and the sole was ripped. Reached out to stock x to see about a refund but they said no refund because I cut the green stock x tag off the shoes lol. I could understand not accepting a refund of a shoe that you took the tags off and wore because you didn’t like them but to not honor a refund/return when the shoe literally fell apart after one wear is crazy. The shoe passed verification somehow but clearly shouldn’t have whether they were fake or the shoe was defective. I will not be buying from stock x again
I ordered the Sabrina 3 & the seller never sent the sneakers to StockX. In response I all got from StockX was a generic copy paste apology w/ a longer wait time to receive the footwear. The respectable thing to do was to offer me free shipping &/or no fees for the purchase to compensate for the issue.
I questioned the Jordan 4s was Questionable Well at the gate authenticated 22 floors I found out was I got the second round that's why the dates weren't
However had it go pay a couple of dollars out my pocket to get D*** authenticated which I should've had to do However to be aware that you guys are passing high quality denim tear knockoff I bought a shirt that turned out to be fake So very On determined
I had a small issue regarding delivery advice the other day, one email and the issue was sorted out. I had a great experience with Robin who was a pleasure to deal with. StockX has amazing customer service and an amazing range of items, you won't be sorry purchasing through them.

StockX is amazing
StockX is amazing. I have purchased several pairs of shoes and each was exactly as advertised. StockX verifies before shipping and I have never questioned the legitimacy.
I made the purchase on 7/7/26. Estimated time to receive originally was 7/13-7/21. The sneakers I bought were for my grandson’s 8th birthday on 7/14. We did not receive until 7/24. I’ve made several purchases we both you. This had never happened before. Very disappointing
