Made it clear, simple and constructed. Was impressed by the items we ordered, everything added up to what was listed. A little long on shipping especially for the price paid but the verification process I feel makes it worth it as you know you’re getting something authentic.

I can't give any opinion right now because the sneakers haven't arrived yet. I think the delivery person lost them because they told me they left them in my mailbox, but I didn't find anything there. I hope they solve the problem as soon as possible.

Sketchy Company!

StockX stole over $400 from me and refuses to respond (other than through automated messages). After placing only bidding $140, StockX charged me over $400 for the purchase of a pair of shoes without proper authorization. I immediately rescinded (i.e. cancelled) the order, but StockX refuses to refund the amounts it charged. (StockX claims that they cannot take back orders that do not exist and were never fulfilled) ... and now queue StockX's templated response that how they understand why I feel this way without addressing the issue at hand.

Every time I used stock x it’s never a problem. Not saying it won’t ever be because things do happen, but all the good times I’ve had with you guys I know if something does ever comes about it wouldn’t be intentional.

Buyer Beware

StockX sent my purchase with a smashed and ripped box, which ruins the item's value for resale. When I reached out, customer service refused to compensate fairly for the damaged box and instead only offered a twenty dollar coupon for a future purchase. To make matters worse, they issued code they sent was only worth $15 so they issued a new one for $5 but they couldn't be combined. Having enough of the back and forth I opted to return the shoes. I got a great price on the shoes and am ultimately loosing money because of this situation. I've been a long time StockX customer both buying and selling but have lost trust in them as a company.

Price, delievery time and communication around purchase and delivery were excellent. Only issue being i cant purchase more than one pair of shoes in an order, had to pay 4 x freight charges which annoyed me - otherwise would have given 5 stars.

StockX doesn’t care about their customers

While trying to price a jersey out to gift to my son, and since my PayPal account was already linked to the StockX account, the purchase of the jersey went through when I didn’t mean to. I tried contacting StockX right away to let them know it was a mistake, they didn’t have live customer support at the time so I contacted PayPal and asked them to stop the transaction, PayPal then asked me to try to talk to StockX, who told me that in order to help I had to cancel the claim with PayPal, unfortunately, I believe they would help me, but once I cancel the claim with PayPal, they proceeded to ship the jersey and charge me the money, even though I explained to them, it would put me in a bad situation financially, now that they’ve shipped the jersey, there is nothing I can do and I am stuck with an overpriced jersey that I never meant to purchase, StockX business practices are not ethical, they don’t give a damn about their customers and have zero empathy, do NOT make business with this shady company.
