Location is pretty convenient but beware of the Bait & Switch pricing strategy!
Location is pretty convenient. It is easy to access on your own. However, I do not like the fact they basically doubled the price in less than a year since I signed up. Bait and switch technique by enticing me with a decent rate just below market just to end up less than a year later with a rate that is well above market...because they know that once they have you, it is hard to leave and move everything over to a different storage company...although I am about to because their rate has become very much unreasonable!

I AM OUT OF COUNTRY AND THE MANAGER NAME IS : JANNET GLARE.THIS INDIVIDUAL FORCE MY MOVERS TO MOVE MY ITEMS OUT OF MY UNIT OVER AN ARGUMENT THAT SHE HAD WITH THE DRIVER . I CALLED HER AND BEGGED HER TO LET US STAY ANOTHER MONTH SO WHEN I GET BACK TO US I CAN PICK UP MY STUFF FROM THE STORAGE . BUT SHE DID NOT CARE, SHE SPOKE WITH ME LIKE I AM A PIECE OF CRAP. SHE INSULTED ME ON THE PHONE . SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL , I WAS TOLD THAT SHE WAS. THE MANAGER OF ALL THE STORES IN THAT ARE . THE OWNERS OR HER BOSSED AND THE PUBLIC MUST BE AWARE OF HOW SHE TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS ,
SHE DOES NOT BELONG TO FACE THE PUBLIC.
SHE COSTS ME OVER 1800 DOLLARS . THEN WHEN MY MOVERS TOOK MY ITEMS FROM THIS FACILITY THEY FOUND THE LOCK OPEN. SOMEONE CUT THE LOCK OF MY UNIT.. MY UNIT WAS UNLOCK AND GOD KNOWS FOR HOW LONG. .
We have used StorQuest a couple of times over the past several years. I have always liked their service and the ease of access. We've never had any issues with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good storage facility.
Much better since the old creepy man is not managing it anymore. All the doors now close and there isn't a homeless community living there anymore!!

Awesome Service
Just a great day for me and my boss acquiring a 10x12 storage unit on Normandie and Rosecrans. The staff members were great and very knowledgeable and friendly, of course. I would recommend this place folks... by the way, did I mention about a very clean and neat storage facility. Thank you Chris for your very professional and efficient service.
When I was coming to receive my items, they tried to charge me the whole month instead of the two weeks that the items were still in the storage. They were mean and disrespectful at the front office the lady at the office. it was terrible. I thought I had a better relationship with them overtime, but I see that wasn’t the case.
I chose this storage location for it's security and climate control. The people I've interacted with have been both professional and kind. The property is kept clean both inside and out.

My Storage Quest experience
I had a great experience with this Storage Quest facility. The units are clean, secured, and easy to access, which gave me real peace of mind. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions. Overall, this is well maintained, reliable storage unit that I would recommend to anyone needing extra space.
They will tell you the unit is $19 a month. I rented in February of 2025. Before summer was over it went up to just under $60. Now its going up again to almost $70 for a tiny 5x5 unit that isn't even full. They target you because they know I have moved to Alabama and "running back to change storage facilities" isn't exactly feasible. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. When I asked for a resolution I was basically told "tough, leave then."

Broken elevators causing me hundreds of dollars in lost time and hired help. Rents that have been raised 10 times what the social security administration raised their metric. 2.7% vs 27% Flooding units... roofs... dirty, dark. Should not raise rents 10X Soc. Sec. Metric Reduce your rents because people are looking to a class action.
LOTS of problems! Don't Believe the Contract about Rent Increases
The place has been flooded TWICE in the last year & they haven't cleaned up quickly either time, causing even more damage. There have been problems there since I first began renting. Larry asked me to electronically sign the rental agmt w/out reading it. It wasn't intentional but he didn't know how to print it so I could & it took him awhile to figure it out. I have had my credit card on file since I started there & there are constant problems w/the auto pay being made on one of my units. They tried to increase my monthly payment after only THREE months w/out giving me proper notice. I had to spend a bunch of time on the phone w/corp. to get it fixed. But the good thing about that call is that the lady on the phone admitted that they ALWAYS increase the rent from the promo price after THREE-FOUR MONTHS. The contract says they "may" increase the rent at an undetermined time period but that's a LIE per the lady I talked to. I'm in the process of trying to get out of this place. As for the facilities, they're fine overall.
I love this storquest for many reasons. The Staff was top notch, so friendly and honest. They even took the time to get me a cart, even helped me move a big box.
The facility is always neat and tidy.
The only reason I give it a three is because at times the main office does not match with the corporate office information I appreciate all staff and recommend this place as a storage facility however if you are looking for something fast as a temporary facility I do not recommend if you are a small business owner looking for something long term for commercial or company storage this would be a good fit if your looking for a household more forward facility this would not be a good first option this is a very organized corporate space but it is definitely hard dealing with price increases and hidden fees the front office staff or wonderful however
