Their payment system could not handle a simple change of credit card. Plus they did not record/file my insurance coverage for over a year, resulting in excess monthly charges. I think they had either AI or a bunch of inexperienced coders write their system. Make sure you check your account charges every month!! I'm moving out!!!
I was there awhile ago to pay for my account and found out my lock was changed, and i told myself o yah they changed my lock after just only 2 days i didnt pay. so we waited for the agent to comeback and she chacked on our unit and i was told that the last time we check on our unit she found out that our unit was not lock, and said soon as my husband left she put a lock on our unit to secure it. But when i asked for a video footage to find out she said only outside that yhey have cctv. Hiw does she know then that my husband did not lock the unit. And to cut the story short all my collection if bags i worked for so long were gone, my jewelries and its storage cabinet, clothes that never worn, medicines, almost all mine and husbands were gone.Even i was already crying they dont seem to care. I need a view of cctv even just to find out what was taken out from our unit even if my husband is the last one. i will get the attention of our policestation on this.

At month 4 this company raised my rent from $104 to $248/mo. effective July 17th. Thats a 148% rent increase. This is outrageous and I intend to move my things out immediately. Avoid this company at all costs. It’s a classic bait and switch operation.
When our storage area was sold, the price nearly doubled. Out little organization could no longer afford such a monthly bill. It wasn't a large spot at all, so we moved into a member's garage. It was conveniently located.
rented a 5 x 10 unit. the contents in the unit were kept secure & clean over the span of 18 months. however, the price raised 3x over the agreed amount for no apparent reason. initially went with this company for the great price they’d advertised, but within three months, this price had more than doubled. when i called to try to see what was going on or lower the price a little, i was told it wasn’t possible but wasn’t given a reason why. again in another few months, they raised their price again to almost $200 a month. the contract includes some verbiage indicating that they can raise their fees anytime they want which they did in this case. i knew an increase was to be expected, of course, but 3x over the agreed amount seemed excessive. wouldn’t go back to this unit for this reason.

Regarding the facility on N 1st Ave in Tucson: In March, I had a very nice bicycle stolen from a locked interior unit at this facility. The thief was capable of getting through the locks that are sold at the facility, and then locking them back. According to the office staff other units were robbed. The big question for me is, "How did they know there was a nice bicycle in my unit?" Another curiosity is that Storquest would not let the police review surveillance footage until the police got a judge to sign a subpoena, which caused a delay in the investigation. I don't understand why they refused to let the police access the surveillance videos, which would have shown my bike being stolen, as there was no way to get it out of the facility without going past cameras. The results of the police investigation pretty much appear to be that units here are commonly broken into and robbed by homeless people. Seems it was a mistake to store the bike at this facility. The police reviewed surveillance videos provided to them and did not see anyone with my bike, but I am pretty sure they don’t have very many cameras at this facility, so maybe it’s doable to steal a bike and not be seen on video. There had been other burglaries in the time frame before mine, utilizing the same m.o., which was to pick locks that were sold by the facility. If I had been advised of this rash of burglaries, I would have moved the bicycle out of the unit, and I would have the bicycle now. Shouldn’t the facility advise tenants if there is an uptick in burglaries, especially since the thieves know how to violate the locks that the facility sells to customers?

Fantastic customer service, fair pricing, clean and well-maintained facility, and no surprise "bumps" in our rate so far. Very happy we finally made the switch from our old storage unit which constantly raised prices on us every 3-6 months.
The rent went up 3 times within a year, according to “market” value. Interesting that the market fluctuates up and down, yet the rent only ever went up. My rent nearly doubled within that year. The day I moved out of storage, the office was closed so I was not able to officially close my account. I would never get a storage unit with company ever again.
Maintenance of units and properties. The sales clerk had awesome people skills…customer service was great.

These people more than doubled my rental with only 2 week notice, from $21 to $52. This is extortionate and if I could stop renting from them I would, but I'm out of the country.
My mother is 90 years old and can't walk properly and for this reason she moved to a smaller place and needed to rent a storage to store some things. As she is elderly, she made the registration, the reservation, signed the contracts and made the payment all online. But when we went to the place to store her things, the employees informed us that she should go in person to get the code to be used to enter. She had no way to get around and was even refused a call by her because it had to be in person! Ridiculous! She had already signed herself responsible for the rented unit but with a lot of cost she got the reimbursement of what she paid for us to go to any other storage that always works well and stuck for the well-being of the customers.
