Super clean and top-notch customer service
This StorQuest facility is super clean. It's practically as clean as a hospital. Customer service is also great. When I reserved a space and then cancelled when a relative said I could keep my things at their house, there was no problem cancelling. When that same relative changed their mind and I did end up needing a space after all, but now with fewer items, the manager helped me select the perfect size space for my things. I did have to pay a cancellation fee, but my monthly charges ended up being a lot lower, so win-win. Can't recommend them highly enough, actually.
Overall good but expect significant yearly rate increases
Overall easy to reserve a unit and front staff very helpful and attentive. Beware the promotional rental offer is VERY short lived (maybe 3 months) before the price is increased by a good 15-20% and expect an repeat 10-15% on the yearly anniversary anniversary of your rental. Can pay in advance for multiple months/years to lock in your rate over that period of time if you know the rental will be long term which is a positive.
Customer service is excellent. I have had several units there since it opened, and am always impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. I have also never had concerns about safety of myself or my belongings. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5-star review are the exorbitant rent increases, including $59 on my 5x10 this month. I pay what I used to for 2 5x10s

The facility is very nice, but.......
The facility is very nice, safe, clean and easily accessible. The only thing I don't like is the continued increase in the storage rate fees. I started out at $148 and within a year I'm now paying $283. This is not fully disclosed when you rent a unit and you basically take advantage of people because it's not easy to just move to another storage unit when it is a large unit and if you call for an explanation they will give you one additional month at a lower rate but nothing else after that.

I do like StorQuest I guess, but…
I do like StorQuest I guess. However, there are many things I don’t like. Such as increased pricing that’s utterly obviously targeted at a time where anyone wouldn’t want to change storage units, basically forced increased payments, heavy late charges, time and car privileges taken away if you’re even a day late on payment or stay a minute past 9pm, I don’t feel like this company cares about it’s clients.
