Bought 1 regime gym bag. Laptop sleeve and 1 laptop bag
Bought 1 regime gym bag, 1 laptop bag and 1 laptop sleeve.
The gym bag zip clasps started to wear and the paint, or whatever material is covered with.
The tags leather started to peel as well.
The laptop bag also same thing, the leather started to peel in several places. I used it literally 4 times in my life.
Contacted them and they didnt want to honour any warranty.
Spent over 1000 aud and the quality is terrible and the customer service is even worse.
Save your money and buy a more reputable brand that has better quality than this rubbish.
I placed an order for the Portfolio Case from Stuart & Lau and needed the item for an in-person interview. They were so kind and helpful, not only did they make sure they shipped the product to me in time for my interview, they also wrote a nice note wishing me good luck (which worked because I got the job!). I appreciate them so much. Not only was the Portfolio Case perfect for my needs, their customer service was truly thoughtful, which is rare these days.
From the time I was researching the best business bag to suit my needs, the company answered all my questions and guided me through the process resulting in me choosing the Double Tan and Navy bag. I am very happy with my decision.
it is not an easy task to choose a bag to be your traveling companion and Stuart and Lau helped me through.
Very bad quality compared to Price, and return must be hong kong. So stupid. I look at all the good reviews here, but found out that all 5 stars Are people with 1 or 2 reviews, so probably fake. No other “real” brands have so many good reviews by people who use trustpilot for the first time

I wish I switched to their backpack sooner
I had long used a leather overshoulder satchel for work. Purchasing the Stuart and Lau backpack was a game-changer, and I wish I had made the switch sooner. We bought the Cary Briefcase - Double in Espresso. It is a beautiful briefcase with many thoughtful features. We are impressed with the quality of the Stuart & Lau products and found their Customer Service wonderfully responsive.
I love the product. Customer service took the time to locate a product already in the USA, so I could avoid waiting addition time for the next product run. Moreover, they gave me clear, transparent answers to my questions on how tariffs impact their pricing.

Double briefcase in blue
I do not write reviews but i'm taking a minute to say this is the best bag i've owned (double briefcase in blue). Daily use, flights, literally goes with me everywhere. After 3 years it hardly looks used and it just doesn't attract stains. Found a mark on it last week and just scratched it off. Yes it's pricey but I adore this bag (and i've used Tumi all my career). The only improvement is the shoulder strap. too slippery.
Amazing bag! Just perfect and everything I wanted- a hybrid bag where form and function combined perfectly. This is a lifetime bag for sure and couldn’t love it more. I got the Navy and it’s beautiful in person. Customer service is prompt, I really hope the company opens a pop up in Toronto. Stuart and Lau is incredible!
