I really appreciate the reminders. Sometimes the courses don’t always make it on the calendar at the right time or I misjudge the time zone connecting has been very easy and customer service is always super helpful when needing to navigate.

Good information but post test had nothing to do with course. The course was on PT practice in ED, test was on documentation and pediatrics. This has happened previously with course testing. Need to get it organized better.

I sent an email and I don’t see a…

I sent an email and I don’t see a response. I took a live stream class in July 23 for differential diagnosis of the complex headaches. It was a two hour class. I attended the class 100% at the time and I had logged into my account. I took the test. I got a 87% I passed. I got a congratulations you passed and I can’t see my certificate. I looked in my login area and it still shows as an enrolled class and it says take the test I’ve already taken the test. I need my certificate and I need these for my CEU’s. I need a response and I need help.

It was misleading and said it was 1 credit when which is why anyone would do a class to learn and receive a credit, they did not give credits for it and marked it as no show then you go into details and there it says no attendance monitored
