I had issues staying connected or getting connected. I missed a much needed class due to technical difficulties during a weekend course without being able to connect to a live representative. There are a good variety of classes

The course was overall well organized. The instructor was knowledgeable and presented the material in an organized and enthusiastic manner. I know I will use the techniques in my practice. I will take more courses through Summit. What could have been done better: For me the sign in and sign out did not work via the scan. The support via email worked well though. The email with the recommendation to bring a massage table or a Yoga mat the day before was too late for me. I could have made arrangement to bring these.

This company is so confident. They’re always there if I need them to help me either get onto a course, cancel a course or just talk. They have been nicest staff that will always be there to assist. I love this company. It has helped me through many trials because I’m an older therapist and to maneuver through. It’s a little bit more difficult for me so I think Summit professional educational for helping me.
