Customer service on weekends and after…

Customer service on weekends and after hours needs improvement.especially when you are at the course and have trouble logging in for live webinars

I tried to join the webinar for 25…

I tried to join the webinar for 25 minutes, refreshing the browser, signing back in etc. At 10:16, registration closed and I was listed as a Mo Show, so I turned off the computer as the “chat “ said that I would be contacted the next day? After the course was over! So I didn’t see an email at 10:18 because I gave up and shut down as registration was closed. IT for in person seminars isn’t much better

Everything went wrong since the…

Everything went wrong since the beginning. The launch access was disabled. The present has continues difficulties. Now, I’m unable to take post-test. This had been the worst course that I ever took.

Technical glitch at the beginning

It keeps saying class was starting at…

It keeps saying class was starting at 10am ET. When it turned 10am ET, it was I had no showed for the course.

Launch issue

The course was very good, however we had an issue with the launch and still haven't received any information on when I can take the test

The speaker / lecturer speaks American English very well , very comprehensible and well versed.knowledgeable about the topic .

Useful information, with references to studies for verification of evidence based practice. And some new ideas for testing, to document patient progress with treatment. Well presented! Thank you!!

Diverse course material/highly qualified instructors

Summit always has great, diverse educational content and highly qualified instructors. My only complaint is that sometimes the post-test questions are not covered in the actual lectures. Most of the time that’s not an issue but occasionally the questions are on subject matter that I’ve never been exposed to i.e. when I decided to explore the possibility of switching to home health PT practice. The lecture was very informative but many of the post-test questions revolved around specifics of scoring OASIS and I had never scored an OASIS nor did the lecture get into specifics of scoring. Hard to pass that test lol
