Clean and well kept
The house was clean and well kept. It had the old school vibe going on and that made it cozy. The screened in porch was our spot to be even in the rain.

Sun is Still a great rental company
Sun is Still a great rental company. Our family beach house in Duck was managed by them for 20 years from1986-2006 until sold to a family member, and no longer rented
No issues this week.
We had a great stay. The condo was clean and had plenty of room for a family of four. We had a nice view from the deck and a short walk to the pool.
I would definitely use them again
I would definitely use them again. It was such a easy process renting through them. They stayed in contact via text and email prior to my check-in and until I checked out. Just a simple process using them. Give them a try.

Hi Sandy. We appreciate your feedback. As stated in our pre-arrival details, check-ins begin at 4 pm. We do our best to get guests in as close to 4, if not a little sooner, as possible, but sometimes circumstances make for a bit later check-in. Getting into the home at 6pm understandably did not meet your expectations, and we apologize for the delay.
Duck rental experience shines again with Sun Realty!
I've used Sun Realty for our Outer Banks vacations for years. I never have a problem. I've called and emailed and always got a response and an answer. Their check in/check out process is so simple as is your ability to reach someone during the day should you have a problem with your rental. I would not think to use another rental company.
