Great Oceanfront Location
Our rental process went smooth from beginning to end. We found the property exactly as pictured. It was extremely clean when we arrived. The keyless entry was so nice and easy to use throughout the week. The checkout process was very clear and made the entire process seamless.
This was a great home in great location. I would tay here again.
This home was in a great location and had many amenities that were important to us. Pool, hot tub and most importantly dog friendly. The only criticism I have is that there were some cigarette butts in the pool area that we had to clean up and some of the pots and pans were not adequately cleaned by the renters before us. otherwise everything was outstanding!

Run, don’t walk to rent CD-103!
We had an amazing stay at CD-103. We would definitely stay again. The weather was perfect and the home had everything including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. as an added bonus in the shed. The pool was a hit and everyone in our party had a great week. Our guests had space and something to do between the beach and just hanging out. Definitely a beautiful home! Our only complaint is having to return to reality!

Well ran and smooth entry and exit
Great house, excellent location, the grill and tvs were too small
This is a great house with many awesome amenities but three major drawbacks. The GOOD: very close to the beach that can be done on foot with kids no problem, a pool and hot tub for lounging when you just want to stay home, plenty of TVs and lounge space to kick back and relax, very good AC for those humid days, great water pressure in showers, a cargo elevator to get heavy coolers up to the top-level kitchen, and just an overall clean, comfortable, and nice home. the BAD: 1) the TVs in the living room and gaming room are tiny and completely inadequate for the distance to the couch where a viewer would be sitting. 2) The only available cutting boards are made of glass. For any serious cook that needs to prep a meal for a big family this is just unacceptable. 3) The home sleeps 8, we had a family of 6, and the grill was appropriate for a family of 2. It is completely undersized for the amount of people that would likely need to be served at a property like this. We ended up skipping the grill altogether because it just didn't make any sense. Conclusion: it's a great house. If you're not big on movies or cooking the drawbacks don't apply to you. You'll love this place. If you do love movies or cooking you'll probably wish a couple things were different but will still have a great experience here. I would stay here again knowing what I know and highly recommend this property because of the location, comfort, and value.
