This is the best-kept secret in the industry. If you have ANY level of electrical know-how you'll have a better experience with them than the big boys. You can customize everything and they'll walk you through it and you'll get your equipment and service at a fraction of the cost. We needed a new system that would talk to our existing sensors because we couldn't afford new ones; they not only identified what our old sensors were without even visiting the house, but got us a solution that actually used our old sensors more effectively and allowed us to add on components (like our garage door) that we didn't have before. Their staff will go to great lengths to make sure you're satisfied and have a wealth of knowledge. I just hope they don't lose that level of customer support as they get bigger!
