My surety review
The price is very good for Alarm.com services, Surety offers a lot of varieties of services and options. Their response time is very niche and fast, I appreciate how fast it takes incase a real situation happens. The service is good and it takes less then 24 hours for a employee to respond from the surety hub. I give surety 5 stars for being a customer with them for around 6 months.

Surety is great. I’ve had them for a few years now. The rates are fair. The plans and customizable. Jason and the support team are excellent. They are prompt and responsive. I own my own equipment and can move them to any provider that uses alarm.com as their platform, but I have no desire to. I love that I can manage 99% of my service, devices, etc. without intervention from the company. I would highly recommend Surety for all of your security needs.

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm sorry the doorbell has been frustrating. That's a genuinely annoying problem when you just want to see who's at your door.
The issue here is most likely the SkyBell itself. The manufacturer discontinued it back in 2022, and its video reliability had been slipping for years before that. What you're describing (video not loading on push or motion, working only some of the time) is exactly how these units behave as they age out. We're glad to monitor a camera you already own, but with hardware that's this far past end-of-life, there's a limit to how reliable we can make it no matter what we do on our side.
If you'd like a doorbell that keeps up, the modern replacement is the Alarm.com AI doorbell camera (ADC-VDB775), with 4MP video, AI person and package detection, and far more dependable streaming. On reaching us: we're online-only, meaning email, chat, and our support forum rather than phone. That's part of how we keep monitoring affordable and we find that we can actually provide better support that way than over the phone. When I needed to use customer service, their agents were very friendly and accessible. We've been using their equipment and service for a few years now and we recommend Surety and its Alarm services.
I originally discovered the company through real discussions from Reddit and Discord. They came highly recommended and don't nickel and dime their customers. I can say that's been my experience and we highly recommend them.

Surety customer service is TOP NOTCH
Surety has without a doubt some of the best customer service I have experienced, not only with alarm companies but all contractors and other companies I have dealt with in the past. They are always quick to respond to customers concerns and more importantly always have reliable correct solutions to the problems. On the rare occasion if they dont have an immediate resolution, they will work the problem until it is resolved. I cant say enough about the quality of this company and I am looking forward to being a customer for a long time ahead.

I have been a Surety customer for 4 months. In that time I have sent them numerous support requests. From general questions about my system to product inquiries to very specific configuration questions, they have answered all of my questions. Their response is courteous, clear and always the same day. Their pricing is also very reasonable. I pay them half what my local provider charges and receive more features. They are really awesome!

Having an issue with an automation rule. Sending in a ticket and getting a response next day with step by step guide, in two days with questions and answers/actions my issue has been resolved and the system came back to normal. This would not be thinkable when I were having issues with my previous provider.

We have been using them for over 10…
We have been using them for over 10 Years. Before I found them I used other alarm companies. You had to tell them you were going to prison in Australia and became bankrupt before they would let you cancel a contract.
With surety, it is so easy. Buy equipment from them, BYOD as you desire. And tech support is lightening fast and extremely diligent.
We are moving to a new house and the first item on the agenda is securing the house with suretyhome.
