Use with caution!
Good card to get on track with credit. Once there, however, discontinue use immediately! Miscellaneous monthly charges to increase balance. Inability to make online payments when Surge feels maximum online payments exceeded. Thus forcing unnecessary customer service interaction. No credit limit increases after making on time and multiple payments within grace period above and beyond minimum due. Keep to maintain available credit and for true emergencies. Otherwise, DO NOT USE...EVER!!! This company is truly unprofessional! After denying my repeated attempts to pay online an amount over 7 times greater than amount due well before due date, with no notice apparently after seeing my above review they debited amount from my account. Agan with no notice! Money I may have already reallocated potentially causing irreparable damage to my checking account balance. When you think it can get no worse, it can and does!

The representative listened to my concerns about this transaction. As I do not remember authorizing this transaction. As I explained, my Stash investment accounts come directly from my bank account and are not charged to any credit cards.

The lady I talked to her was very nice and helpful. She resolved my issue with the late payment charge which was applied to my account and explained their policy and the reason to avoid the future charges.
