Just want to keep my spending under 30% to keep a high credit score and surgemaster card allowed me to do that by paying additional payments to keep it under 30% usage

I have this card less than 45 days and I made 1st payment for way more than the minimum and it has taken more than 7 days to credit my account but it only took 1 day to take the payment out of my bank account.
