Swappa

Been coming here for a decade

Been coming here for a decade to buy and sell electronics. It has always been straightforward and easy.

Love how easy and secure everything was…

Love how easy and secure everything was to sell. I had been struggling with selling this phone everywhere else and on this site the verification process is so easy and fast and I was able to sell the phone in less than a day. The only thing I wish could change would be the conversation aspect with the buyer as it’s hard to get timing/responses quickly. Will definitely be selling any/all electronics on this site from here on out.

Great way to get a mint used phone.

Easy to use search, competitive prices, quick shipment, smooth process that was clear and easy to follow. Would use Swappa again for a future phone.

A decade of Swappa purchases

We've bought 6 phones over the past 10 years using Swappa. I don't recall ever having a problem with any of the purchases.

I found what I needed

I found what I needed, bought it with confidence, and received it in good time.

Swappa assisted when needed - Thank you.

I have made two purchases in the past 6 months - 1 Pixel phone and 1 iPad. The iPad purchase went beautifully - item condition exceeded expectation and activated effortlessly with my carrier. The Pixel was in great condition but could not be activated even though seller advertised as unlocked. Seller refused issuing refund for return but Swappa staff assessed situation and advised seller that item was NOT as advertised and facilitated the refund/return. Great service by Swappa. For that reason I highly recommend the service.

Mint iphone as advertised

easy to find what I wanted. phone was exactly as advertisied. i liked the certification to add confidence to the transaction.

Smooth purchase, fast shipping, great devices

It is very expensive and not worth the cost

The fees are so high, and it's no longer the platform it once was. both the buyer and seller are being charged with so much fees just for a simple sale
