Swappa provides mediation for sales when necessary. Swappa does quick quality control on listings and the photos of listings, which is very useful compared to other listing services. I have sold three devices on Swappa successfully, and bought six. Once, a buyer was actually a fraudster, and Swappa caught it before I shipped the item, so that was good. Another time, a seller sent me a dead phone, and Swappa enforced the return and refund immediately. Both cases would have been left me with no help, had I used Craigslist. Both cases would have taken longer with some more hassle, had I used eBay or OfferUp.
Complete only when recieved!
I liked how the purchase was not complete until I recieved the item and was able to check and see if it worked (Mac mini 2018).
You can trust these folks. Always great.
