My experience was excellent.The host Kieth along with his beautiful wife paired with the property were all beyond exceptional.He provided the atmosphere complete with a tiki bar, unlimited towels, music and a beautiful property all together.Booking was easy and he kept the lines of communication open during our entire visit and fulfilled all of our pool needs whenever we requested it.We will definitely rebook!!

Absolutely fantastic. Perfect for a quick weekday afternoon. Was only 6 of us, but we could’ve easily had more. Close, great parking, super convenient. Host(s) were respectful and had everything accessible for us.
Beware of the northbrook mansion pool
Had booked a location in northbrook for my son's graduation celebration and the owner canceled me 3 days before my event. Renters beware of the northbrook mansion she selectively picks who can rent. Just checked her reviews and a renter just added a review on the day mine was scheduled. I don't know if it was a race thing because I'm black but she was very unprofessional I handling things. Renters beware on swimply.

We have rented from Swimply several times over the last couple of years. Every time the pools and hosts were wonderful, except one. Last week we rented a pool. When we arrived, it was green and cloudy. We took pictures and left immediately. We contacted the host and Swimply. Both refused to refund our money for a pool that was unsafe to swim in. If you’re going to rent from them, be willing to lose your money, because the customer service team is terrible. They will not do anything to help you, even with proof of a disgusting pool.

I would have given a five star rating, but the price has tripled since I booked in 2022. The website says one price for so many hours, but after five people it keeps going up and up I would recommend using for five people or less.

Customer service sucks bad do t even think about renting from Swimply if your gonna need any assistance with problem solvent have absolutely no answers for you at all they need to do a better job with this because they will cause a lot of issues for the host and guest!!..To sum it all up save yourself a headache they will charge you twice and not refund your money 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙄

Pet Swim locations with Great responsive Hosts. Instant booking with summer pass has been great 👍. Most have restrooms 🚻 available onsite and parking with easy access 😀 😎
AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
The hosts, Naomi and Avi were absolutely amazing. The backyard set up was also perfect. There was a sitting area with tables and chairs and the pool area had the lounge chairs. The pool was also clean and well maintained. I highly recommend booking with Naomi.
