What people say

Fast. Reliable. Professional.

Reliable, professional, and just works I've been using Sync.com for a while now, and it's become a tool I genuinely rely on. The platform is easy and intuitive, with almost no learning curve, and it works well for sharing content with clients and collaborators. One thing I appreciate that doesn't get talked about enough: it rarely gets blocked by firewalls, which has been a real advantage when working with clients in certain fields where access can be restricted. The mobile app is solid too, so I can share files on the go without any hassle. It also just looks professional, which matters when you're putting it in front of clients. Highly recommend it.

I have been using Sync for over a year…

I have been using Sync for over a year now, maybe two. I started and only used it for a small bit. Finally I realized I needed a safe, central place to store my files and backups, so I purchased more data space. Now I feel good about knowing my important files are all in one place, on the cloud, and safe.

Sync has been a God send

Sync has been a God send. Having the ability to Sync my files seamlessly across multiple platforms and access them either web when I am away from my primary device or on my machines through the Sync app has been invaluable. Having the ability to create shared folders for work and small groups is also great. Some ask my this and not Google Docs or Dropbox, aren't they al the same. My answer is no. Try Sync.

Good luck deleting your Sync.com account

I signed up for sync.com and after a bit of use I decided it wasn't for me. I wanted to delete my account. When I went into Settings I looked for a Delete account button. Where would it be? Maybe account and security? No of course not. I had to go to the billing tab even though I didn't have a subscription. Then I had to click Manage subscription. After that I had to click a tile displaying my subscription. Then cancel subscription. Then I had to fill out a mandatory form on some weird third party website with all 3 questions required. After that time waster I clicked Cancel account. Finally. Just kidding it gave me a popup saying "Are you 100% sure?". If I've clicked so many buttons to get here I 100% want to cancel my sub. After another button I finally deleted my account. The usability of the app wasn't great either. It was terribly slow (just using the UI, uploading very small files). The android app doesn't let you upload folders or move files into a folder. I couldn't even select files properly. They either didn't get marked or unselected themselves. The app is very unpolished. Considering this service was created in 2011 I was expecting it to do bare minimum features. Extremely disappointing and almost predatory in my opinion.

Trusted File Storage for Medical Practices

I’ve used Sync.com for over 8 years and have had an excellent experience. My company relies on it for secure, reliable access to medical reports and sensitive documentation. The platform is easy to use, and the mobile app makes accessing files even more convenient while on the go. We recommend Sync to everyone!

Worst File Sharing Service Ever

I used to be a customer before, once upon a time, about 10 years ago. I left then for the exact same reason as now, I was hoping the service had improved since then but alas no....... Do not try to use this for business or operational use. The interface is terrible, the syncing is terrible. I had files that did not update for over 2 weeks across multiple devices. There were files moved and deleted on Device 1 in the beginning of May, still showing on device 2 and 3 over 2 weeks later. Moved / deleted the files again from Dev 3 and they finally deleted on device 2 When files did sync it was extremely slow. Of course no phone support for Pro level, even though paid, and their interface is still terrible. And of course no refunds after 30 days, even if their product doesn't perform as expected. I have since finally deleted all my files from their service and cancelled my account. If you need a robust, fast, file sharing service between devices for business or operational use.. this is NOT it.

Sync is our main cloud server

Sync is our main cloud server. We use it on Windows and Android, syncs files seamlessly between the devices. If I had to find a problem, a minor one is that on Android a text file can be edited and saved but it does not go to the server, effectively only allowing edits on Windows devices.
