Sync just works and works great. I've been using the service for several years and I had no issues with outages, file access or anything else. In fact, the ease of access across devices has gotten me out of time constraint jams. It can be hard finding good, reliable and secure products. I feel like Sync fits the bill perfectly. Also...The price is GREAT!
Terrible CS, unreliable system availability
Terrible CS. Slow and useless. By the time they respond, the issue is no longer pertinent. They do not help resolve the issue, and they engage in protracted discussions that take each take days of back-and-forth. Their login system does not work properly. Many times it just returns failed login messages that after a few hours/days seem to go away (same password/user name).

I work with a small team of 4 people and needed a replacement for SHAREFILE when a US-based private equity firm acquired it. The new license terms were unacceptable to us. When my team stores confidential information, we should not be held liable for data breaches on their side. SYNC.COM was easy to swap in for SHAREFILE - and the features were more straightforward and easier to use.

Helpful Secure File Storage and Sharing
Sync has been a very helpful tool on my team for storing and sharing sensitive client info securely. It took a little bit to figure out how to help clients securing upload their info and occasionally we will have little technical issues where a link will be created to a folder but the folder cant be found. For the most part though, it has been a good experience.
