My husband ordered from this company, worse mistake of his life… total crap show ever . Order came and what a joke. Items came from China, run around on getting a refund, went to write a rotten review and there was so many warnings not to order…..Thank goodness my credit company backed us up for Fraud. Long story short my Husband of 40 years is no longer allowed to order anything except through Amazon and Yes I was pissed because I had to clean this up for him ( my wish he would stay off the internet)

SCAM

My son had been saving up for a pair of tactical boots. He spent his own money on a pair from Tactical World Store in March and we still have not received them, over 4 months later. We have called and emailed the company multiple times and haven't gotten a response. I will never purchase an item from this website again and would strongly discourage anyone else from doing so as well.

Cooling towels…Not as described, poor quality, no bag or clip. Refused me a full refund and offered 20% … numerous emails and now they’re ignoring me. Avoid this store they clearly are just conning people.

Avoid, terrible company. Bought fishing waders took ages to arrive, iffy quality and delivered wrong size. They said I ordered the size I got, when I proved them wrong they stopped communicating. I had to contact my bank to get a refund.

Dog shit service, beyond dismal! With I checked this out before making an order….they’ve turned off Google reviews! Waited we a full 7days before reaching out to see how my order was tracking as there had been 0 updates on the “Shop” app. Turns out they have no stock or multiple items. Emailed them to get a response saying “be patient” Hopefully they won’t be in business for much longer. Genuinely dog shit!

Really want to rate a 0 out of 10. Ordered a tactical backpack….over a month ago. Says it’s been delivered, but I haven’t received it. Customer service are rubbish, and unhelpful, suggesting I look around the property or ask neighbors etc (which was all done prior to my contacting them). Further, their shipping company came up as a flagged, suspicious website and I can’t even contact them to follow up myself! DO NOT USE THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!

Poor quality items from China that…

Poor quality items from China that didn’t fit properly. I decided to return the items and it took over 20 days in total to sort it out. They really didn’t want to refund the money and kept asking me to swap the items which I didn’t want to do. If you return items they charge you a percentage for handling charges. You also pay postage to return the items based in Stock Port! So from a £60 order I lost £16 in total. I really would advise you looks somewhere else.

avoid using this company

Using uk in name and a uk email address but clearly drop shipping from China. Very misleading and poor customer service. Item still hasn’t arrived.

Delivery fiasco

I ordered 2 pair of pants and it took 3/4 weeks for them to come in. I emailed the company after 2 weeks when the tracking number they gave me kept saying it was invalid. I basically told them to get me a valid tracking number or I was reporting them for fraud. The website to track shipping finally gave me information. When the product arrived it had been relabeled with some person as a return address instead of a company. Very shady. I am now trying to get a refund. The pants are poor quality and the fit is not correct. I ordered 34/30 pants and received XL pants.

Misleading Company se do not order from this company

Please do not order from this company. They imply they are in Canada or USA, when they are in China. My order was place on the 29 of June , It is now July 8, and this order is still not in Canada Yet. Very misleading at best. Buyer beware.

Poor product quality

The trousers I ordered arrived not as described. I ordered long leg length, but despite being sold as long length, they were very much short to regular. As per consumer rights, I asked to return for a full refund, including the postage because the issue lies with their faulty, not as described, product. Their customer service was appalling, bordering rude. They have refunded the cost of trousers.....eventually. no refund for postage and now ignoring my email if complaint. NEVER TRUST THIS company

Just awful

After waiting more than 2 weeks for delivery as they came from China. Not UK in any way, what arrived was a poorly fitting pair of cheap sweat shop trousers. Ordered 30x30. Though length is good. Tight and restrictive round the thighs. And more like a 34 waist. Either need a belt or just bin them. Don't think they will last a day on site

I had ordered pants and they shipped the wrong size. Way to small. I tried to reorder and found out they dont come in my lenght. Eventhough it states it does. That took 3 weeks to resolve. So I exchanged them for shoes. Never received them and I returned the pants too. Its been over a month now and still no shoes. This is bullshit and will never order anything from them again!!!!!!!!! To this date july 1st 2026 nothing.

No customer service.

Store is suspect for sure. I Ordered a backpack and belts. I received no confirmation of purchase. I called and of course the number isnt taking calls. I went back in and tired to review and I assumed I must have not finalized the sale. I sent a message and never received a response. they ended up charging me twice and sent me two bags a and half of the belts. Go figure, NOW silence. Might want to find a company that has a customer service department.

Worst crap you ever saw. Very cheap Chinese made garbage. I’m ashamed to wear this garbage .

DO NOT SHOP HERE!

First issue. Shipping. Company policy kage states items will be shipped in 1 to 2 business days. Not true. After a week I emailed them to which they replied the order would be shipped the following day. Still took another 3+ days to send ship the order. Arrived almost a month later. Not impressed. Second, sizing. I took measurements and ordered a size that matched both my measurements and another similar pair of pants I ordered. They were too big on me. Third, exchanges. I purchased from the Canadian site and policy states exchanges will be process at the companies expense and otherwise be pretty straight forward to get the correct size. Well, they claimed that they are unable to send a return shipping label to Canada, despite my entire order being sent to Canada in the first place. They expectation was for me to cover retuen shipping and tarrifs etc. They then offered me 20% cash back if I keep the items. I refused as I want the correct size to be sent. Next email, they increased the cash back to 30%. Still not interested. They also attempted to gas light me by sending their return policies (not exchange) from a totally different domain (I purchased form the Canadian site, they sent me the Australian website policies). Again, only returns were covered in this policy, and the exchange section was totally missing. I will be disputing eith my credit card provider. Would give zero stars if u could. Horrible company, do not deal with them if you value your sanity... I only wish I looked at these reviews prior to my purchase.
