This company just STOLE $100.00 out of my account. I don't even know how they got my information because I had never even heard about this company before. It was PayPal and they are saying it's Non-Disputable so I have no clue why that is because I've been telling PayPal for months now that this company has been trying to STEAL my money out of my account every single night. Plus they got the $100 and then tried stealing another $50.00 after that as I was talking to PayPal. I don't know what to do. Someone please help me. Thanks

NOT recommended! This store is horrible. The shipping and order fulfillment time is 2-3 weeks. Although they give a Delaware address, this is a Chinese company, and they are clueless about tactical clothing and US sizing. Very cheap material and poorly made. Ordering from them was my mistake…I should have researched better before ordering. Never again!

Don’t do it!!

Before I even made a purchase, I contacted them & asked them directly “where is the items coming from” in full email they stated “Texas” so I made my order then a few days later, I get a email saying my items were in China… I emailed them and stated that I no longer want the items & want to cancel my order. They then tried to tell me (they made a label) that means absolutely nothing. And label with no tracking number. I emailed them 6 times (have emails to prove it) & every email I got back said nothing about giving me my money back. Just kept saying they will deliver it in partial. I got my bank involved to dispute the order. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before then I would’ve known they are complete liars. Their clothes online is not what you’re getting in a real life.

Avoid no reply to customer service emails

Bought the TWS Thunder Waterproof Rip-Stop Tactical Trousers. Like the trousers but they are not waterproof. Tried contacting the company via there customer service link. Kept coming back as undelivered, did the same with a direct reply to the email again undelivered. Sham company the trousers are great but don’t say they are waterproof when clearly they aren’t. Due to the lack of communication I would avoid completely.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY. PLEASE DON'T BUY. I ordered a top in khaki/grey but they sent me brown/grey. Probably didn't have the correct colour in stock so just sent any colour. The top is of poor quality and had dirt all around the cuffs. Even though the item was sent wrong , it's up to you to stump up the cost for the return. The only way to contact Customer services is through email which is slow at best. Do not get deceived by the glossy pictures and advertisements all over youtube and google. I also ordered some combat trousers which are being delivered from Japan. It's been over a week and still not been delivered or showing any delivery any time soon . I dont hold any hope that the trousers will be UK sizes or made of any quality.

Service products and price all were perfect

I am immensely pleased with my jacket I ordered. It arrived here with no complications. It exactly what is shown on the website. It well made. The service was quick and professional. I would not hesitate doing business with Tactical world again.

Just a total scam

Product I received was not as described, and their return policy will lose you money due to it going against the consumer rights act 2015 but they don't care. The product itself was badly made and was done on the cheap in china. Would give 0 stars if I could

I would rate less if I could. It looks like they sell great things but you DO NOT get any of it. Waited 4 months and still nothing. Tried to contact them via email and yes they replied we are so sorry something happened with shipping they will ship out immediately and still MOTHING. Now the phone and their email DOES NOT WORK. Now I’m fighting w my credit card to get my money back. TWS horrible.

Shocking company to deal with

Shocking company to deal with. Order placed 4th April. Still awaiting delivery today. Tried cancelling whist still at the wharehouse and they refused. They just send you a tracking update each time you contact them with very little changes, but the parcel looks like it is with Evri now after 3 weeks, which is another story as they only have 1 competent driver in our area as all the rest have never attempted delivery. My advice based upon my experience would be to think long and hard before parting with your hard earned cash and buy British. U thought I was initially.

I’ve just received a pair of camo…

I’ve just received a pair of camo shorts from this website/Instagram. I checked out the reviews after my order and was gutted I’d not done it sooner. The shorts turned up this morning after about two weeks…. They are surprisingly ok. The material is stretch and the overall construction is pretty good. The only slight downside is, is the sizes are small. Go for a size bigger.

I purchased my boots on 4/1/2026,they said 15 to 16 days to delivery its now 4/21/2026 and I've yet to receive my order. I'll never purchase anything from this store again. I wish I'd have checked their reviews before I ordered.

I would give zero stars. But nevertheless, I made an order for a tactical chest rig and thought only 2 reviews and newer style would be because it was a "newer" 2026 product. So I made my order, using cash app and started my patient wait for new gear day! After 4 days passed, I still only had a automated confirmation email from purchase and no "delivery date" on my Google email account. I tried calling the number on the email and its disconnected. I wrote 4 emails that were never answered. I was just about to file a claim dispute with cash app. But at 9pm cdt (about 9-10 am cst) I finally got a notification on shipify (never used it before) that Tactical World Store had issued a refund. I have read many horrible nightmare experiences on this drop shipping company with temu clones and a barrage of YouTube ads after looking at site... Some never even received goods, some got wrong stuff. I was just very unhappy with the non response after immediate funds being collected. I ended buying an actual CONDOR brand tactical chest rig off EBAY and already have a delivery date within minutes of email. Be safe out there guys snd even though we shouldn't have to, always read reviews like trust pilot before pulling the trigger on a purchase, no matter how much. Thanks to this site, I was able to gather info and get ahead of the issue.

They sent the wrong size

They sent the wrong size, then refused to supply the size I ordered then blocked my emails.

Scam company

The shipping was fine. The quality of the clothes are almost unwearable. I wear a 36 waist. I ordered a 40 waist, the pants that came said 3xl and they are too tight. The boots I ordered ran small. The shirts I ordered were never delivered (boots, pants and shirts were supposed to be packaged together) . I cant wear any of that stuff. The return policy is a joke. You have to pay for the return and they charge a 50% restocking fee. This company is definitely a scam and I just threw $200 down the drain.

Extremely Poor product and customer service

Very poor , size no where near correct for UK market, was given a return address after a while but the issue is the address is not registered with Royal Mail, asked them to confirm the address but no joy, It is a company that ships direct from China with very poor products and limited to non existant customer service. raised a transafction dispute with my bank , Stay Clear of this company
