I ordered stuff on from their website…and they never sent me my hat
I ordered stuff on from their website on Facebook and they said I wore 2XL shirt. They sent me shirts that were size small and I never received the product in the mail. The hat that I ordered that I paid for and what can you say you know they're they're from China. They don't understand English. I guess they say they have a phone number in the United States said nobody picks up on the phone. They said they're located at an address in Philadelphia. There's no such business at that address their fraud company and they should be not allowed to sell any of their products in the United States at all. And so I've reported them to the Federal trade commission and I need everybody else that's been ripped off by this company to do the same thing to get them banned 100% from the United States of America

These are the facts.
If your order has been exempt from shipping costs, and it is not a quality problem or an erroneous shipment, if you want a return, you must deduct 3.95 pounds for processing and restocking fee. When the total of your order exceeds 50 pounds, this deduction will go from 3.95 pounds to 20% of the total order. On top of which they will expect you to pay the full cost of the return.
I wanted to return an unsuitable pair of trousers to them, but rather than agreeing and sending me an address, they offered me a 20% discount and suggested that I could sell them on EBay.
When I complained, I was told that if I returned the trousers, even though I paid £32.95 for them, I would only receive £26.36 minus a £3.95 restocking fee, leaving me with £22.41 and remember the cost of returning them has to be deducted from that as well.
In their words:
“Standard shipping fees are non-refundable, so you will receive 26.36-3.95=22.41”
So, I would advise anyone to stay well away from this disreputable company, they do not stand by their products, so if there is a problem they will not be there for you.
You have been warned.
Very disappointed with this company. They sent me the wrong size item, and I had to pay to return it. I provided proof of postage and emailed them multiple times, but after two months I still have not received a response, refund, or reimbursement for the return costs. Customer service has been extremely poor, and the lack of communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend buying from this company based on my experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a hooded sun shirt because I had malignant melanoma and need to be covered up in the sun. I ordered a 2XL even though I only wear a XL just to make sure I had room to be comfortable. It arrived today and it was so small it would not even fit someone who is a medium! Not only did it take well over a month to arrive they also play word games on their FAQ's in regard to returns. They keep most of the money you paid plus you are responsible for all shipping, import taxes, customs charges etc. But they say they keep 50% of your refund to pay these fees????? Save your money

Don't bother nothing but hassle.
Avoid this company at all costs. This is not a UK company or even European as the products are shipped from China. Sizes are all over the place. Boots too big based on normal sizes, tops and bottoms you need to size up at least once.
Customer service is non-existent. Been attempting to chase an exchange I sent back and seen and heard nothing since even after 4 attempts.
Live chat is offered but no links to connect and contact email doesn’t work either. I had to utilise a different email that I found elsewhere but still no response. Quite a bit out of pocket.
Sent me the wrong item and charged me for the privilege. Only gave it 20% cashback. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered 2 pairs of waterproof trousers. 1 arrived after a week, on the slim size but fit ok, definitely water resistant rather than being waterproof but actually a decent pair of dog walking trousers. The second pair arrived another week later - the same size ordered but far smaller in fit (like 2 sizes smaller). Offered a 20% refund when I complained which is poor and encouraged to keep and sell instead. Uk website but now after reading the reviews etc, clearly isnt.

DO NOT use this company,just a scam.Ordered walking shorts which were far too big,sent an e-mail and asked for a return address,no reply,until 15 day grace period was over,then refused to cahnge.Just a scam company,again,DO NOT USE.
My order was split into 2 shipments. Half the order was delivered quickly with no issues. The other half was on a slow boat from China. It took 19 days to get to the local post office according to the tracking. Tracking showed it had been delivered by local USPS but no package at house. Went to local USPS and they had no record of package. Won't order from TWS again.

They sent me the wrong product as what I wanted is out of stock. I am sending back and I have to pay for postage and be deducted for sending back. There mistake and we are paying for it. Never use this company as everything comes from China so takes weeks for delivery. Let's see how long it takes to get my refund?
If i could they dont even deserve the one star.
Ordered trousers advertised as 34W/34L, found that when they arrived after about 10 days no doubt from China that the sizing is way off, more like 30W/32L (and simply labelled as 'XL')

You cannot return items, if you do they deduct 20% of your total cost for so called “processing fees” - they also have told me I didn’t return all of the items which I did as they was all packaged together!
This company is a scam, the quality of the items were terrible, and you will not receive your money back when they are returned.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Hello, i have waited so long since May 12th & it's May 25th, Memorial Day, USPS actually delivered it, but it was stolen. I never received it.
1] you're address is in Delaware, the east coast & your company made it seem TO ME, that your stuff was made in America...the way your ads presents your PRO AMERICA 1ST PRODUCTS.
2] I honestly thought it was going to be 3 to 5 days at the most, like your company was successful enough that you had INVENTORY in stock...NOT DROP FNing SHIPPED FROM CHINA.
3] The most horrible experience besides waiting half a month, and then getting supposed miltary gear from what [the Chinese Republican Army], as i finally gave up waiting day to day, for my items a few days ago. That's when i was just using hope noone would steal my stuff from my porch [HOPING THEY WOULDN'T]... BUT THEY DID ANYWAY...DAMN.
4]Lastly, the worst experience dealing with your company was the dozen times a day adverstizments bombarded me DAILY for about half a month, WHILE I WAITED FOR YOUR PRODUCT...THAT I NEVER RECEIVED.
5] Just some professional business advice, just tell people upfront, you don't have the product(s) 'IN STOCK', & [it's basically drop shipped] to be fair to America Veterans. Additionally, that the products are from CHINA. Nothing wrong with that, but i ONLY BOUGHT FROM YOUR COMPANY, because you present your company as if it was ALL AMERICAN...your NOT.
6] STRAIGHT UP now have to go to www dot govx dot com to get my Veteran gear [& i will get a significant discount for being a Veteran]. This will at least help me recoup some of my money i lost from your horrible misleading misrepresenting scam company. You should be investigated officially. Seriously.
7] in closing, i'm respectfully requesting your company stop sending me unsolicited ads from this point forward. Thank you.
