Since purchase date I have not received…

Since purchase date I have not received any information on my ordered being processed to ship. I've emailed with no response. It's only been6 days but how long does it take to process a paid for order and get shipping started.

UNTRUSTWORTHY

It took 15 days for the two pairs of trousers to be delivered. On arrival both pairs of trousers were NOT grey as ordered but green. I immediatley emailed TWS support as per the link on their shipment email informing them of the issue. It then took a further 8 days to get a reply, to by then over half a dozen direct emails and also messages via the TWS website. On sending a requested picture TWS custormer support verfiied (in email) that the trousers were indeed green. 2 days of back and forth emails ensued trying to resolve their mistake to any degree of customer satisfaction - their repsonse was a 20% discount and I could keep or sell-on the trousers (I have no use for green trousers and would never make even the discounted the money back). TWS then requested a second photo to ascertain the type of trousers (on the order?) and then stated (by email) that they "verified" that the trousers were (now) grey. I have experienced poor customer service before but not at this level, atleast other businesses take responsbility for their mistakes / issues which were rectified satisfactorily. Now I have to waste more time and money to package and post the trousers back to TWS, and then wait to see if I do indeed recive a 100% refund and reimbursement of return postage as agreed (by email).

advertised as a usa company but ships from china and is low quality garbage. company will ghost you. people who have already purchased: do not be afraid to file a chargeback

All weather suit

I ordered the wrong size my fault. The suit was returned through royal mail. The new order was sent out but got lost with the delivery company. Tactical World Store said they would resend the suit. But have not done so and are now ignoring my emails. I am instructing my bank to do a charge back. So do not buy from this company they are a total scam.

Complete and utter rubbish

Complete and utter rubbish. Sizing and shipping were fine but the quality is abysmal. Cheap Chinese crap that probably won't last a week! Ordered extra padded knee pants and there's hardly any material at all, let alone extra padding. Not gonna bother with returning will just learn my lesson and wear these out till they die (probably next week!)

Shady business

I ordered three pairs of pants in different sizes as samples for a workplace uniform test, and the experience was a complete disappointment from start to finish. Shipping took nearly three weeks, and nowhere on the website did it disclose the items ship from overseas. That’s critical information they chose not to make clear. The sizing listed online was in standard measurements (like 34×34), but when the order arrived, the pants were labeled only as L, 4X, and 5X. I had to guess which size matched each order. On top of that, one pair ordered was as a 46×30, but they sent a 46×36 — six inches too long and completely unusable. When I contacted them to fix their mistake, they offered a 20% refund if I kept the wrong item, or a 50% refund if I paid to ship it back myself. In other words, they expect customers to absorb the cost of their error. I demanded a return label and a full refund for the incorrect item and received no response. This company’s practices are misleading and unacceptable. If they send the wrong product, they should fix it — not make customers fight for basic resolution. Buyers should be cautious before ordering.

Gloves in the work force.

Your gloves have been great. I have been purchasing your tactical gloves with the knuckle protection for a few months now. I work for the railroad and they have been an excellent glove and have protected my hands my knuckles and the wrist support with the strap is awesome. My work provides us gloves but they do not compare to your gloves. They have done well in cold, and hot weather. They r also doing well in our winter here in texas and new Mexico where I travel.

Reliable quality clothing!

Yes, I have had gear from TWS and have never had any issues, good hard wearing gear is what we all want and has done really well and still using it. I am doing regular competitions with this gear.

Product is good. Shipping takes a while and if you need to return something it’s very difficult because they never sent the return information. Love the pants though. Great quality.
