Ordered a item Dec 12th also, have not received item, tracking or info...I have sent numerous emails with no reply. I will allow few more days then I will be contacting bank and disputing all charges. There mission statement says 5 to 15 business days it's been 3 weeks now and nothing. Would not recommend this company
Ordered a product on Dec. 10th... Today is January 8th, and I have yet to receive my item. Ordered express ... and according to their site should take no more than 15 days... emailed 5 times... and NO answer! I'll be waiting 2 more days for an even month, and then will report to CC company.
