I have been working with Arec and BBC for the past 7 years. Without BBC, I wouldn't have a business. I can't recommend them highly enough. They will do everything to support you, give you the best service and best prices ever. BBC IS THE BEST and all eCom business owners need to know about this company!!!

Been working with Arec / BBC for 5+ years now and can't say enough good things. Arec, Leah and the team feel way more like partners (and friends) than a fulfillment company. They genuinely care about us winning, and it shows in everything they do. Deep e-commerce knowledge, killer sourcing and shipping connections in China, always great pricing, and shipping times we can actually rely on. Highly recommend.

Honestly didn’t expect to find an agent…
Honestly didn’t expect to find an agent this solid when I started. Arec at BBC Dropshipping has been handling my sourcing, shipping and delivery for a while now and I genuinely have zero complaints. What I appreciate the most is that I don’t have to chase him. I send a message, he’s on it. Whether it’s a tracking number, an order that’s taking too long or a lost package — he gets back to me fast with actual updates, not just “let me check and get back to you” for days. There were a couple of times where things got complicated on the logistics side (it happens), and Arec was upfront about it and found a fix fast. No excuses, just solutions. That’s rare. If you’re looking for a reliable agent to run the backend of your dropshipping business, I’d genuinely recommend BBC Dropshipping. Ask for Arec specifically — he’s the reason I’m still with them.

Reliable shipping partner with fast service and great communication
I’ve been working with this shipping partner for my eCommerce business and the experience has been excellent so far. The communication is clear and fast, which makes a big difference when scaling operations. Orders are handled professionally, and payments are smooth . What I appreciate the most is the flexibility and support when you scale — they are ready to handle volume and help you grow. Delivery times are consistent, and overall the service is reliable. Definitely a trustworthy partner for anyone doing e-commerce or scaling a brand.
