Great customer service - answers were quickly provided when I wanted to find the right product on their website. This made sure I placed an order wit Talisa, and didn’t continue to shop around for a gift for my wife’s birthday. Very happy with the quality of their bespoke map necklace with family names engraved. It was delivered exactly within the suggested timeframes too 👍

The necklace is beautifully designed and the mapping is so accurate. My one disappointment is where the diamond sits and how it is fixed to the necklace. A larger than expected space is taken up, cutting out some of the next street. It looks like it’s been “glued” on rather than built into the necklace. I’d still buy this again as it’s such a stunning and unique gift. I just think the way the diamond is incorporated could be improved aesthetically to match the quality of the rest of the work.
