My wife absolutely loved the bracelet. but the clasp is way too small to maneuver. It takes three hands to put on and remove. Almost to the point she will not wear it. She decided to take the bracelet to a jeweler to have the clasp replaced.

The names that were engraved on the necklaces didn’t show up very well! It is really hard to see the names…. Disappointed!

For the price paid I would have expected a little better quality. There are gaps that should not exceed exist. This issue could be quickly resolved by adding to beads!

Our bracelet came for Mothers Day ----but was missing one of the G'kids names!!! We were not able to give it to my wife. We are still waiting for the correct to come back to us. Not the best experience.....
